- I guess it's only a bit different from the song "Rivellon" but someone wanted it and the tavern fight music was basically the same situation so here you go. :D

• Divinity Original Sin ...
Aw yea, my dedicated 30 mins of crafting and bag organization spot.
never want to leave the Vengeance because of this
THAT feeling when you and your group of friends beat that super intense battle and run back to the Lady Vengeance and begin to hear this music making you sigh in relief... don't think any other game has ever made me feel that way honestly
Agreed omg.
Baldur's Gate 3 :) Though I'll admit this music beats the BG3 camp theme.
@@VDA19 Dude IDK.
Hearing "The Power" at the beginning of Act 3 is kind of amazing.
@@VDA19 BG3 music is good to be sure, but for me the DOS2 music is just more memorable. I can't quite figure out why though? Though Down by the River, I Want to Live, and Raphael's Final Act are iconic.
@@chuchubagIMO it's because this theme is really epic and screams "let's go adventure" and "yeah you did it!" at the same time, so it works really well to both hype the next move AND rewarding after finishing a hard part, my take is that it works because the horns at the beginning are so recognizable and impossible to ignore while the rest is just a hype Rivellon theme so doesn't feel out of place totally, it just feels "home"
Think the reason why BG3 camp theme does not work nearly as well is because while the theme is nice, it's also too... quiet? I mean it sounds nice but half the times you're not even noticing it's there, I do understand that a lot is going on in camp so placing something as bright as the lady vengeance theme might drown the dialogues or break the overall grim ambience but still, perhaps what the could have done is have a suoer short and simple tune at the very beginning of the track so you easily recognize it at first then follow with the usual theme, similar to the beginning horns in this one
An example of this done in bg3 is goblin camp while party is still taking theme, you hear the first drum beats rn and you KNOW where you are but don't think too much about it even though it still is there, another example is if you get a room at elfsong tavern, replacing your camp with it, the camp theme changes, and I'm sure we all know the theme that plays, Song of Balduran
I think bg3 has 2 issues with ost, POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOR BOTH BG3 AND DOS2:
1 - Some key events don't have a "shiny" theme, for instance, do you remember Ketheric's theme during his fight that is NOT the cutscene when myrkul takes over? no, neither did I till I checked, if you look at it it sounds somewhat similar to dos2's "dance with source (tambura version)", do you remember theme while fighting the githyanki inquisitor after getting out of the prism? no, and it should be a pretty intense theme, esp with lae'zel in party as while you're in battle you just discovered a hidden secret and defied Vlaakith's will, do you remember Gortash's theme? no, house of grief fight theme? balthazaar? yurgir?
2 - The game is so big that and brings in so much info your selective memory forgets the important events that DO have a recognizable theme, but can't quite think of unless reminded, I'm sure you would remember themes for the fight at the gate of druid camp when you first arrive, "gather your allies" (theme that plays during the higher city at the very end on your way to the brain), the theme inside the shadowfell on your way to (maybe) balthazaar and nightsong, the theme when you free nightsong, ofc the power, down by the river or raphael's final act, perhaps the harpy fight song, "The Weeping Dawn" (Alfira's song), "Legacy of Bhaal", final rendition of "The Power" at credits, etc
Never should've buy that game, now im addicted, when im at work i keep thinking about it and im whistling this melody all the time and it just getting me more excited cuz i will play it after work, never experienced that with any game... This is pure love
You are going to love the new baldurs gate coming out by this company trust me :)
YES! Man, I fucking love Larian! They remind me of Bungie back in the old days of X-Box live and Halo 2. Their music, characters, story... It's all so amazing! Makes me feel like a kid, ya know? Fallen Heroes and Baldur's Gate will be fantastic! No doubt about it!
@@Je-s-s-e_J-a-m-e-s You are completly right boy!! Im in LOVE with baldurs Gate 3, and it is only an early access!!!
@@Thewolfstation24 as someone who just finished D OS2 how diff is the combat there?
Would love to replay this again. The game and OST both are amazing.
This is one of the most beautiful tracks I've ever heard. Goosebumps everytime.
I love that feeling. It always occurs when listening to music we love (nostalgia maybe?) and I swear the sensation can put anybody in the happiest of moods.
The splash armor look so nice but my characters be dressed with a heavy golden breastplate, rag pants, a shaman headdress, and fishnet sandals

anyone still coming to listen this?
Yup
++
Yes sir
Yes
No
I don't know how to explain it really.. sure it's just a song, but when playing this game with friends and reaching this point? It feels good man. I'm 29 now, but I was 22 or 23 when playing this game with friends and it just hits different. A strong sense of nostalgia. I'll definitely remember this tune for a very long time. If someone sees this 30+ years from now, ping me lol
I love how the highlight bar on youtube for this is basically just a bar. Everybody listens to the whole thing ^^
One of the things that really kept me hooked and coming back to Divinity Original Sin part One was Kirill's music. I had some of his tracks from that game in my playlists and every once in a while they'd hit in such a way I'd just want to play it again. That's how I ended up playing it five times.
When I heard Kirill unfortunately passed away and someone else was to do the soundtrack for part Two I was extremely sceptical if it would retain the grandeour, mysticism and the fantastic elements of Kirill's work. But when I first heard this track and the Driftwood Fields main track I was extremely happy and I understood mister Slavov did a great job, retained the spirit of the game and would have done Kirill proud.
Thank You. This is beautiful... :) as soon as i step on lady vengeance i can't help but love the music. For me this is the greatest piece of div 2 ost
Larian is the new Blizzard. Full Stop.
Jesus so fucking true.
DOS2 got some serious music!
God the horns at the start are so good
A very epic piece. Felt very free when this played after the Dallis/escape Fort Joy fight.
You're doing Gods work on here. Thanks so much for uploading this!
The godwokens' work
@@utseb1 The Divine's
I can't leave the Lady Vengeance because of this wonderful music ;w;
The only reason i know this song is because my uncle used to play the game and i used to watch him play and now i am in love with this song
عمك رهيب
Based uncle
By the way, the google of translation of what @@TerraNortt said is wrong, what they meant are "Your uncle is awesome"
This remains on my list of tracks that when they pop on in game, I just stop and listen for an hour or so lol. Soo good.
In all the other games, I always seem to hurry when doing my stuff in dedicated "player homes", but on the Lady Vengeance in DOS 2, I don't feel like I'm any hurry whatsoever.
Holy shit man... Why I haven't play this game earlier? This track reminds me the Vengard theme from Gothic 3, When I was a kid, I went to Vengard just to listen it's theme, and now I'am 30 and can't leave the Lady Vengeance because of this masterpiece.
Даа, ОСТ Госпожи Месть воистину великолепен.
Why is this music so damn good. I couldn't pay attention to all of maladys bullshit while she was puking source so i had to reload.
At first, I admit it was all rather trying. I was, after all, marched out my own empire and I've been hounded by the odd assassin ever since.
After that came the indignity of the collar and the incarceration, but ever since we decided to be so bold as to bid our farewell to Fort Joy by any means, it's all been rather... Fun.
Oh, I could complain about the food and the lodgings and the sheer barbarity of the common folk, but in truth, all of that fits within the larger framework that is adventure.
Adventure is precisely what my life was missing.
I told you earlier I could tell you tales about what it was like to be a prince of the house; tales that would last a thousand nights. That is true. But I'd much rather speak of the tale we're shaping now.
Still, accompany me back to my empire and I'll tell them all in the palatial setting they deserve.
It will all be fine as long as YOU YIELD TO NONE
When I was playing the game (first time I play a game with a headset btw) and I made it to this part of the journey on The Lady Vengeance....I was just speechless, transported.
Just a ship and your loyal companions, a beautiful place that deserve to be called a home.
man I love this game's soundtrack
Best track in the game!
Love this as much as outwards both with very pretty creative songs.
I wish there's a version of this song where It'll start like this but towards the second half, it'll have the build up and triumphant and bombastic chorus of Rivellon.
Ahh the Lady Vengeance, what a beautiful ship
Прекрасной игре - прекрасная музыка.
о да )))
For the last 2 months I've played this game, got about 160 hours I think ? Been taking my time , kind of don't want to beat it because it's been in my life for 2 months I love it 😆
It's a shame the greatest piece in all of divinity isn't on Spotify
It's a bit different from the Rivellon theme and it's on Spotify
Same with Broke Shackles (Shadow Prince fight theme) :(
Rivellon, Divine's Lament, A Single Drop of Magic, and Amber Ale
Dropping in a year later to say you have excellent taste
Best video game music ever!
Never should've bought this game. I'm completely addicted to it. I hope Baldurs Gate 3 will be just as good, or better.
He knew
For some reason, this track reminds me of the radical dreamers themes from Chrono Cross, maybe because of how lively both worlds and tracks are, and all related to sea and ports
Yeah, I find myself hopping between the two when I'm whistling to myself
This is Rivellon (Light Version) from OST + 33 seconds intro. I am strugling to decide if I should leave it as two separate tracks or combine them and get even more mess than it is now :D
I kept it because the Lady Vengeance is just a very important part of the whole game. :3
As long as you here right know, I wanted to thank you for all this huge enormous amount of work recording tracks for this playlist! It's a miracle someone have enough patience to made it. You helped so much! I've unpacked Music.pak (490 tracks there) and using timings from tracks you've recorded or even using tracks as a reference found/combined almost all tracks you presented here. I am not finished yet, got 15 more tracks to find. So I wonder if you may be interested in those when I will be ready? (I named them same as you did)
Thanks and it sounds like you had quite some patience as well. :D
I am happy to get some new tracks although I would appreciate it if we find them ingame. Makes it also easier to name them. :D
Hello. I have finally finished with soundtracks.
I managed to get everything except six tracks, which have duration/pitch manipulations, It seems those are result of some ingame sound effect applied for already present tracks. Even Quirky Bones (Slowed Version) from game files slightly differs from recorded by you, so I kept both of them. Alternatively, I simply did not find them, but I checked everywhere. I have even unpacked all patch files, some of them contain audio files (17000+ in patch5 and 500+ in patch4, took quite a time to realize that despite different file names music files are identical :D )
All tracks that I found in game files I placed inside “Game Rip” folder and removed from “The Lost Songs”.
I used your track names, but in case of alter versions of OST tracks I used OST names (Quirky Bones instead of Impish Pocket Realm for example)
Tracks that was not present in OST neither in The Lost Songs I named according to Game Master Campaign Editor (3 of them I did not found anywhere so I just called them Exploration Theme X1. . .X3)
I removed all tracks shorter than 40 seconds and some of 1 minute length sound sequences which (for my opinion) have little to do with music.
Perhaps naming could be better but I feel no more strength to elaborate further
I added tags, removed gaps and normalized all tracks (some of them were too quite). I kept two folders for you (normalized and not normalized, in case you will prefer not normalized).
Some riddance or renaming in case you will wonder where the hell did I loose some tracks:
"Lady Vengeance - Final Departure - quiet version" -> "A Tear in the Veil (Alternate version 1)"
"Lady Vengeance - Final Departure" is ending part of "A Tear in the Veil (Alternate version 3)"
"Fort Joy Barracks" is same as "Arhu's Chamber" just a bit more quite. After normalization they became exactly the same.
Here are links:

In case you will have troubles getting them at both links, just let me know, I will upload them somewhere else.
Thanks for the hard work. :D
What did Lucian say? Ah yes, "The Lady Vengeance theme is the best in the OST."
Why do i relisten to these , makes me cry every single time
How the hell this could be considered the same as Rivellion. It's so more EPIC. I got addicted to it! Why it's not in my soundtrack folder >.
This song exists somewhere else - its not a Kylie M song no.
I have no idea the name of it but I can tell you that if you go to Bangkok So Sofitel and listen to their chillout classics - this song is one of them (and has been for the last 10 years).
I think it might be a French composer.
I just got to this part of the game, heard this music, thought, "hmm, that sounds really good!"
And lots of others agree!
This reminiscence Chrono Trigger, but with the slavic flavor, such a great song
So peaceful...
There are 2 game series where I don't mute the music: Tropico and D:OS.
Have you played the Witcher games? :D ruclips.net/video/NknjE2SBPxw/видео.html
YES! I was looking for this!
I came for 0:34. So amazing 🙏🏻
the amount of times i login just to hear this theme xD finally found it doe
And so.. our adventure begins...
The harp part that begins at 00:35 was playing while I was watching someone else play the ending of Walking Dead: Final Season (the part in the barn). Could not be a more perfect fit. Guaranteed to make you cry.
if epic sax guy had source he would sound like this.
Epic themes is a MUST in great RPGs! When I heard this I was like “oh hell yea ready for adventure!”
On a diferent note, am i the only one who think it sometimes sounds really similar to McKenzies “San Francisco”? Just a few moments but its there, especially the part with the violin.
I didnt go further bc of this song. its like the curse of the ship. What a beatiful curse.
Mega link is missing some songs. At least this one is missing.
Ah, yes. The Blue Prince
makes me emotional
The beginning sounds like San Francisco song
I love it 😍🥰
When your hear it you can not unhear it... Play Kylie Minogue - Your Disco Needs You :)
Commented a year ago. But jeez is that not creepily the same. Lol
Lady Vengeance [Disco Mix]
Ahahaha! Great ears! You guys are hearing a similar chord progression between the songs and key to put it musically, and technically. This is a beautiful song indeed.
just realised this myself. happy that i am not the only one...
The only downside of stealing a house in driftwood is not being able to listen to this all the time.
set a course for ADVENTURE!
If you're going
To San Francisco
Be sure to wear
Some flowers in your hair
This song always reminds me of the song San Francisco by Scott McKenzie.
If you are going to San Francisco
thank you :)
0:58 this part of the theme sounds like something I've heard elsewhere, but I just can't recall. Something that had lyrics to it.
Anyone know?
@Indigo-Soul93 I haven't heard that one before, but it does resemble it a bit.
@@tripleammy7485 Actually, it hadn't. This song is called "Rivellon", it is included in the official OST (there are two versions of it) and does not have any lyrics. There are only three songs in the official OST that have lyrics to them: two of them are versions of the "Sing for me" Lohse's song and the third one is the forementioned "Divine lament".
That's exactly the part that made me google "lady vengeance flute music" and it brought me here, so glad :) I thought the same by the way. Haha omg, and NOW I know why youtube already recommended me this one two weeks ago, AI is spooky, ruclips.net/video/ZoxctnsUeqk/видео.html
this is out of place but it sounded like "your disco needs you" by kylie minogue to me lol
Hey 00tidus, Love this thankyou. The mega link however doesn't seem to have this song in it?
This game was the BG3 before BG3.
Gorgeous
+00tidus thanks for this......... from this game, I like this song the most. My second favourite is probably "Sing to Me", which I just uploaded a piano cover for it yesterday (please check it out if you are interested!). I am now listening to your video in loop while writing down scores for my next piano cover, and when it is uploaded, I will insert your video link as the base of my work!
My piano cover for The Lady Vengeance is now done and uploaded, with your video link mentioned. Thanks for your work!
Long live Larian
This is the one!
Perfect.
Reminds me of Globus - Europa or one of those
Anybody knows some tracks that are like the first 30s? I really love that part. Thanks for uploading!

Ok, so during my game I was on The Lady Vengeance for a good 10-15 mins at one point, (sorting out inventory, talking to npcs etc) when the song went into overdrive. Same tune, same beat but with a more triumphant cadence. I've tried to find that part of the song many times but couldn't. Was I just hallucinating again? Or maybe someone else knows?
I think that's what you're searching for

Do you have the version of this track which plays at the very end? (When you get to the Lady venegance after the last fight)
Nevermind. Found it.
Do I? I believe so. :D

And this was recycled for BG3's dreamwalk. Borislav is not very imaginative at all. I like his music but I mean come on
Love this as much as outwards both with very pretty creative songs.
