Nice job! I have an old Sony camcorder with Nightshot that I still use to this day. It only shoots in 1080o AVC format but it works GREAT!

Thanks for watching. The one thing that people forget also is that you can take 1080p footage and you can use certain software to upscale it to 4K and it looks pretty good. When you take RUclips compression and how they compress our video files into the mix, you can get something pretty close. I've done it with slow motion HD 240 footage on the action 5 Pro and I upscaled that to 4K. If you check out that footage when I was doing that, you can see that the difference between upscaling 4K from 240 and that was done in 1080P. So 1080p 240 frames per second upscale to 4K check that out. You might find that interesting

I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I hope that you had a Merry Christmas and next year should be very interesting and fun. One thing that I wanted to share about that camera was that you don't have to use the picture and picture function by putting the camera in 1080P mode. I could actually shoot in 4k because of that little camera mounted on the door. I noticed that no other videos talked about that so I wanted to get that message out there. I am familiar with the model camera that you're talking about. I was looking at those also. It was a toss-up between the one that you have and the one that I have. And yes I paid considerably more because of that feature but I guess my heart was dead set on it. I guess we want what we want as long as we can afford it of course. I hope that you enjoy your camera as much as I enjoy mine. I plan on doing a lot of comparisons with it. I also think camcorders are still relevant and that they are also making a comeback.
