Before Owen fallsdam.was built there was Ripon falls which became submerged as a result of the dam
Yes, I believe it is one of the few physical features that had to be sacrificed for Owen Falls Dam and the other Dams to be built along the Nile.

Daphin is the first Ugandan I've ever heard speaking English with correct accent, she's self-possessed, joyful and gorgeous. Uganda is uniquely a wonderful country. I ❤️ Africa!
😂😂there is no correct accent, even westerners have their different English accents and since for us English is our ninth language, it's even better sounding in our local accents.

@Marc it's the same case with us, but also there's a standard accent which is moderate for most Kenyans especially those who were raised in urban communities
An accent is subjective,we have trained seven African president including your former president. MWAI Kibaki, Julius Nyerere Congos Kabila, Kagame and we are still being disrespected . The only gold medal in boxing won by Africa, we taught James odwori how to box he came back to his tribesmen and taught them how to fight.
