UPS Sucks! Driver showed NO appreciation, No work ethic, but disrespectful!

Just a random weekday, politely asked the UPS driver to take just one prepaid package, which was not a heavy box either, but he refused. I understand that everyone could have a bad day, but since you are at work, you need to at least respect your customer and appreciate their business, apparently this gentlemen had been yelling. I guess if you are not happy with your employer, why don't you stay home, if that makes you happier? #UPSSUCKS

UPS is shit, glad I left this horrible job. I get paid more now and work a quarter of the time! 😂

You are required to take packages lol if a customer comes up to you and give you a return. You have to take it.

I dealt with something like this when I took over a rt for a few months before it went up for bid after the driver was fired. So many people told me the other driver was a dick and would not take pick up packages etc. Its part of our job as long as its done in the right way.... Its just them being lazy and trying to morph people into what that driver wants just to make his job more easy. Its a dick move and a lie. Most are not like this so I am sorry you had to deal with it. We get paid very well and taking care of by the union and its very hard for us to be punished so some take advantage of that. But for the 95% of us we take pride in it and don't like the scabs that gives us a bad name. These people will end up being fired finally or quit because it is very high stress.

He didn’t give you a good reasonable explanation to why he can’t take your packages. I would contact UPS HR if I were you
