    the infamous "attempted a delivery" PAY us $6 to hold the fucken package, or we'll hold it hostage until we make another fake attempt at delivering the thing you paid for; absolute garbage company.

    hands down the worst delivery company. Its so bad i wont buy anything online that use ups

    They send me an email saying my package will be delivered from 10 am - 2 pm two days later I find out my package is lost! It seems pretty obvious they are cutting corners and not hiring enough staff! Fed Ex is little more reliable

    UPS lost my box for 4 months and when it was delivered my box was destroyed and lost almost everything in it, the box was crushed and had holes all over it. No way to get any refund for the $100 I spent on shipping it while I thought it was never to be seen again. Will never be using them again, honestly thought my stuff was stolen. Will be using USPS in the future since they don't steal stuff.

    its been known UPS goes to the wrong address. they are pretty bad.

      I did something similar I found on a Quora post. If you say “No.” over and over again for 10 minutes it’ll put you with an actual person.

    Ups had my package out for delivery at 10 am. at 6pm they said that the adress was wrong. I called and they told me the adress was good but the driver said that there was no buzzer number and it was therefor impossible to deliver. My name was on the list. UPS sucks

    How do we all become so privileged? A lot of people work their asses off so you can have the convenience of things brought to your front door. If you got an info notice, I promise you your driver knocked. Its a much bigger pain in the ass to process the non-delivery than it is to make the delivery. Your UPS driver could have over 200+ people to serve a day. They dont have time to wait for you to finnish taking your shit. If I need something soon, no way am I gonna trust any delivery service to get it to my door. There's too much that could go wrong ie, loss, stolen, damage, mother nature etc. Simply get off your soapbox & go get it yourself.
