- These KL opening mocks have been shared previously. Well, today you get to see them both AGAIN but unfiltered. I made these back in 2020 and never really got the chance to share them in this clean non-VHS quality. This is the first version of the KL opening mocks combining the 12th and 13th seasons with the 9th and 10th season opening sequences.
QUICK NOTE:
It has been stated that Thomas Wilson-Brown was supposed to be last in the opening credits since the W begins it. Let me remind you that this was done before I learned about it. So, please don't go berserk about it.

Knots Landing was an awesome show that lasted 14 seasons, over 3 decades.
❤ My all time favourite primetime soap . Watched it for it's entire run. Even visited Knots Landing years ago.
As with the other commenter I agree Knots Landing was and always will be an awesome show . between Knots and DALLAS , Knots Landing was my # 1 for the 14 seasons it ran from 1979-1993 . Great stories ,Excellent Cast , Great writing . I miss this show Soooo much !! 😢❤❤
Thanks Edwyn, I LOVED this show! This was the “middle income” family’s show.😄
I wish they'd kept the opening credits. Shame KL isn't fondly remembered as much as its mother series, Dallas, despite the former outlasted the latter. I think this finally could be the time for the audience to give Seaview Circle (& all its messy drama) a second look. Thanks once again for taking us on another wild trip down primetime soap memory lane! 👍🏼 I have a very special question for you. Can you please give us a recap/synopsis of what happened on the original #AQuestForLove for the week of May 29-June 2, 1972?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and, as always, for enjoying! As far as I'm concerned, there have been a few people who liked the credits. Honestly, I prefer the moving/scrolling titles more than the other credit styles, but I digress.
To answer your question…
on #AQuestForLove during that week:
1. The town including Harris Meratto is still mourning the loss of Olivia Connell after what has been claimed to be a fatal suicide attempt. But things could get tricky as Dolph has some tricks up his sleeves to prove that it was that… or could it be the other way around?
2. Elaine has doubts about her relationship with Joel. After all of the lies that she pulled, will she think of giving up the fight?
3. Nancy and Laurence spend an entire week in the Great Northwest to get away from the hell that Morphdale [County] has been going through. Out there, they meet an old mate from their junior high school years.
4. Ginny Meratto, Dolph and Harris' sister, arrives in Morphdale to help out Harris in the time when he needs help from friends and family the most.
5. Jacquie meets Andy Thurston. Their acquaintance brings out a whole new meaning in the word "friendship".
