I just love your channel. Yopu don't fool around and you're not into appearances. You get out and catch fish. You're genuine. Love it! And you seem really happy doing it. You don't let little set backs get you down. Well played!
This happened to me at night in montauk. I got a gash in the legs of my new waders and then washed off a rock! If I’m getting skate and blue fish I replace the hooks on the lures to single hooks or add a float to keep the bait from the bottom. They are still better than catching nothing!
I'm glad I stumbled upon this channel a year ago- I have a house in seaside and I love fishing there, hopefully one day I'll get to fish with the legend
thanks for the great videos. they keep me psyched about fishing and gave me the motivation to get up yesterday and head out on a boat in 38 deg and rain with 25mph wind to fish. scored my personal best 45 inch 38 pound striper. it was awesome!
Sea-Money I fish OBX in NC. Keep a roll of Gorilla Tape with you. Apply a strip on the inside and outside of the tear. Water activates the glue on Gorilla tape so its a permanent fix....Catch'em up!
Seamoney good fishing brother! You killed it! I never have used any artificial lures for Striper after watching your videos and listening to what your doing I am completely going to change my technique when we go next run up
You basically have to be there when days like that happen. My brother was catching one after another at LBI lighthouse birds everywhere bass blues and even redfish and shad. I go the next day with him and barely anything. Sucks.
I always keep a few plugs with single hooks on the back for when the blues come through. Nothing worse than trying to remove a treble from a thrashing blue.
That happened to me once before, all i did was used garbage bags which i have in my gear anyways to put fish in. So changed out my wet pants and just jumped into the garbage bag inside the torn wader, fish right on. . .
Sea, do you have any suggestions for a good (decently priced for a ≈15 person group) charters or services for bass/fluke fishing in the summers on Long Island? Thanks, Ayden.
unfortunately I am not familiar with boats on long island other than the Osprey, which is a 90' party boat that takes out groups of up to 30 people. They are good, but maybe someone else will have a better idea for a group of 15
Hey i live in long branch and want to go for some stripers on the beach how do i find out when there blitzing and are they still biting in December? Also what baits do you recommend?
Invest in Simms waders you wont regret it. ive had my riversheds for 5 years now. trout fishing, bush wackin in brier patches only one pin hole. way to slay um!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wish the action was still hot here on the north shore of long island sound
Had the storage problem too. There's an easy fix. Get an external hard drive, you can get one for like $50 or less. Then when importing footage, never import it to your computer, import it to the external. Then when editing, do not import everything from the external. Go through the files on the external and watch them to find which ones you like, and then drag those on to your timeline on your editing program and edit away. Saves a ton of space and you don't lose your files.
that sounds pretty efficient.. I have an external hd but importing/exporting vids takes so long, idk I just cram them onto my computer and put the money vids onto the external, maybe I gotta start doing it this way you've suggested tho..
SEA MONEY I need help with something I'm using a spinnfisher 6500 with 30lb braid and using 20Lb leader with tsunami talking popper. Is the leader to light to use in the surf?
WHAT UP SEA-MONEY! That sux about your Waders man, I feel your pain... but it's all for the love of the game.... Hey great vidz, big fan! What kind of Waders do you get? Looking for something to keep me dry in the fall on my Kayak.
these waders are from LL bean. they have a lifteime warranty. not sure if I should be "advertising" their products in this vid like this as I went through 2 pairs in 2 days but they have a no questions asked return policy or something along those lines so if your waders start leakin, they replace em.
yo money i should set ya up with some of my plugs let me know no charge man just like to see people hook up on them awsome vid yea i missed that bite i was down dec 4th bunker at my feet but no fish on them
pretty soon it will be totally dead out there.. usually jan/feb/march is pretty much dead. in warmer years we can catch into january, last year for example there were some nice fish caught in jan. This year I think we are past the prime and its definitely slowing down, still some good bites to be had but few and far between
Maybe it wasn't the bluefish that made a hole in your waders. It was your first cast and you did just get into the water, maybe it just took a little while for you to notice your leg/foot was getting wet so you thought it was the blue that punctured your waders. Maybe they had a hole in them before you came there to fish. Unless it was your first time wearing them since you mentioned they are new, just not how new. In that case, it also could've been just a bad pair of waders... I really enjoy your vids. Tight lines.
I'm from Iowa and fish for walleye mostly...yum. Used to go up into Ontario, Canada...loved fishing for northern pike. If I were there fishing with u, I would try a large daredevil spoon with a single big hook. They're easy to cast and I bet no-one else would be using them...something different that the fish have probably never seen. Black and white would have been a good color that day,I bet! Do u keep any to eat? Thought I heard blue fish didn't taste good. Don't know tho since Ive never done that type of fishing...LOOKS FUN!
Atomicwedgie81 they taste like shit and that would work very well for them but it depends on the weight of the spoon. they also one of the hardest fighting fish pound for pound
SEA MONKEY, I NEED YOUR HELP ,BEEN OUT 8 TIME'S DID NOT SCORE A FISH , ISLAND STATE PARK, PLENTY OF BUNKER, FISH WERE 200 YARD'S OFF SHORE.. SO FRUSTRATED !!ANY TIPS ??
that is the wonderful world of surf fishing, it is definitely frustrating, fishing at high tide, and also at either dawn or dusk are usually good bets at finding the fish in range of shore
true. I have been lazier than ever about changing hooks, all fall I dont think Ive changed out any hooks for either singles or barbless, felt like I didn't have time, was always running to the water haha
why dont you ever use metal lures, like Kastmasters or Hopkins or Deadly Dicks?, it seems like its always only jigs or topwater...I find them to be very effective in Mass all season long....
I just love your channel. Yopu don't fool around and you're not into appearances. You get out and catch fish. You're genuine. Love it! And you seem really happy doing it. You don't let little set backs get you down. Well played!
IEYE360 lol it's just fishing
This happened to me at night in montauk. I got a gash in the legs of my new waders and then washed off a rock!

Theloneshroom STAY AWAY FROM MY MAN.
thanks for the great videos. they keep me psyched about fishing and gave me the motivation to get up yesterday and head out on a boat in 38 deg and rain with 25mph wind to fish. scored my personal best 45 inch 38 pound striper. it was awesome!
damn, thats how you do it! nice work!
Some days are just like this! Great job resetting and getting on some good fish.
Great fishing, they look like Greenbacks!
Nice work Yankee, Thanks for the shows.
Great vid. Dude, that was too funny when that float came back to you with no hooks, lol...
Get rid of the treble hooks, and you save the fish and de-hooking is a lot easier!
man just had to put my childhood dog down.. good to come home and see my favorite RUclipsr post. I'd kill for a day of fishing like that right now
sorry to hear that man hope you enjoyed the vid
Sea-Money I fish OBX in NC. Keep a roll of Gorilla Tape with you. Apply a strip on the inside and outside of the tear. Water activates the glue on Gorilla tape so its a permanent fix....Catch'em up!
Can't wait for the second part ! Part of the Johnny Bui his boyz lol
Bro! I really look forward to your videos! You really taught me about top water, thanks bro! Seem like a great guy 👍🏼 keep the vids uploaded
Seamoney good fishing brother! You killed it! I never have used any artificial lures for Striper after watching your videos and listening to what your doing I am completely going to change my technique when we go next run up
Why don't you replace the treble hooks on your plugs with single hooks? Winter project.
because treble hooks allow for a easier hookup
the next video will be even better? this was so cool, thumbs up
Love your vids man, you all up north are blessed with stripers. What you caught today would be a huge one for surfcasting here in Virginia lol.
thanks man. yea virginia does not get this surf action, we get the stripers, you guys get the redfish haha
Where was this ???? Amazing thank you for the video
You basically have to be there when days like that happen. My brother was catching one after another at LBI lighthouse birds everywhere bass blues and even redfish and shad. I go the next day with him and barely anything. Sucks.
Always great video. The water must have been cold when you flipped in the last video.....
it was a little cold yes haha
Happy Birthday fellow Sagittarius!
thanks dude!
I always keep a few plugs with single hooks on the back for when the blues come through. Nothing worse than trying to remove a treble from a thrashing blue.
What was your rod and reel combo? The action seemed great
That happened to me once before, all i did was used garbage bags which i have in my gear anyways to put fish in. So changed out my wet pants and just jumped into the garbage bag inside the torn wader, fish right on. . .
dam what bad luck bro, sucks to see that happen to ya at least u slayed those blues.. but dam i k waders arent cheap

Compliments !! Which uses equipment, Shimano-Penn?
Hey Great job ya lovely fishing one thing I don't know how you're getting the fishes countinuesly that's great. Nice video i am from India .
Nice catches! What type of line & test were you using? I am always curious with Bluefish.
Sea Money did ya hear about the 62lb bass caught in Delaware this past weekend? It's a pending state record. Giant fish.
My boy Greg here in CT has the world record 81 pounds!!!!!!!!!
If only every fishing day were like this!
Thanks for sharing !!!Greetings from Greece
Beautiful view of your rod.
I think you should use single hooks for this kind of catchn release fishing. Its less trouble for you and easy on the fish also.
Nice action...do you always use poppers? Ever fish live bait?
I love your channel!
Sea, do you have any suggestions for a good (decently priced for a ≈15 person group) charters or services for bass/fluke fishing in the summers on Long Island? Thanks, Ayden.

Sea-Money Fishing Thanks something good to look at.
Hey i live in long branch and want to go for some stripers on the beach how do i find out when there blitzing and are they still biting in December? Also what baits do you recommend?
Why do you rarely ever have pliers in your pack? I end up with fish all snagged up on hooks constantly, I'd be so screwed without them.
Also, it might be time to start investing in wading boots + waders combos. Never had a problem with a leak.
Yo Chris - are you still hitting the jersey shore mid December? I wonder if the fishing is still worthy.
Is the custom rod you use. Is that a medium heavy or a medium light?
Invest in Simms waders you wont regret it. ive had my riversheds for 5 years now. trout fishing, bush wackin in brier patches only one pin hole. way to slay um!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wish the action was still hot here on the north shore of long island sound
Matthew G yea it has totally died down

Don't use the Go-Pro cable. Get an SD card USB drive and it does it almost automatically/
Hi
SEA MONEY I need help with something I'm using a spinnfisher 6500 with 30lb braid and using 20Lb leader with tsunami talking popper. Is the leader to light to use in the surf?
We’ve all had days like that. All you can do is laugh.
Nice vid dude. Where is the place?
How do you carry your kayak to different places? Does it fit in the back of a truck
WHAT UP SEA-MONEY! That sux about your Waders man, I feel your pain... but it's all for the love of the game.... Hey great vidz, big fan! What kind of Waders do you get? Looking for something to keep me dry in the fall on my Kayak.
Christian Bucay He uses Russian grade latex with nonoxynol-9 custom crafted in Montana and tailored in Minnesota.
You got quite an imagination Neil.... Is this the affects of going to the Moon and back?
you crazy lol
these waders are from LL bean. they have a lifteime warranty. not sure if I should be "advertising" their products in this vid like this as I went through 2 pairs in 2 days but they have a no questions asked return policy or something along those lines so if your waders start leakin, they replace em.
Thx Sea Money! "Yeahhh Son"
yo money i should set ya up with some of my plugs let me know no charge man just like to see people hook up on them awsome vid yea i missed that bite i was down dec 4th bunker at my feet but no fish on them
How's your clash after all that beatin? Do you have to maintain the internals regularly or do you just rinse with fw?
hi, bro i have a question! How are you! Could you tell me which computer you are using? Rod and reel please
what kind of pliers are those
@sea-money fishing I was wondering -- what time of the year will you absolutely not find any striped bass along the Jersey coast worth surf-casting?
pretty soon it will be totally dead out there.. usually jan/feb/march is pretty much dead. in warmer years we can catch into january, last year for example there were some nice fish caught in jan. This year I think we are past the prime and its definitely slowing down, still some good bites to be had but few and far between
so if I follow your trend, fishing is good again in April and May as they migrate back to Nova Scotia, correct?
How do you manage to have so much time to chase fish? I have to admit I'm a little jealous.
fishing without pliers??!! now I know what to to get you for Xmas
Great video man
What type of fishing rod is that, and where can I get it
Are those blue fish good eating?
Sea-Money Fishing can you tell me what reel you used in this video? Please
Where is New Jersey is this place?
What kind of kayak do u suggest getting
did you ever find your box of plugs

what rod are you using?
do you ever eat bule fish? how is it?
or is this Long Island?
Solid work!!
Anybody know what rod he was using here? thanks
Was this in seaside park?
Maybe it wasn't the bluefish that made a hole in your waders. Dragging them on shore is always the safest option.
Chris- how in the hell do you not have pliers?
what snap swivels/ connectors do you have?
that is a tactical anglers clip that I am using to change the lures
What rod do you use
i live near cape may and im having trouble hooking up off the surf anyone have suggestions?
Where in Jersey is this??

I do.. its an addiction problem
lol
its not a bad thing
I'm from Iowa and fish for walleye mostly...yum.
Used to go up into Ontario, Canada...loved fishing for northern pike. If I were there fishing with u, I would try a large daredevil spoon with a single big hook. Sea-Money Fishing Thanks for the reply looking to get one for reds love the Vids!!! 😀👍🏻
if you need more space on your computer by an external hard drive. I love the Lacie rugged mini 1tb. $99 from best buy
I have one but it takes to long to import/export vids.. I always end up just cramming them onto my computer
What kind of ports are on your computer and how fast is your drive? It should be a USB 3.0, 2.0 or 1.0.
where in NJ
you should honestly the the back trebles off your plugs and put siwash hooks, saves time on unhooking fish and a lot easier even without pliers
true. I have been lazier than ever about changing hooks, all fall I dont think Ive changed out any hooks for either singles or barbless, felt like I didn't have time, was always running to the water haha
Sea-Money Fishing haha I hear you I know exactly where your coming from with that
seeeeeaaaaaa mooooonnneeeeyyyy
frozen sole fillet 1st cast.
do you not keep your bass?
I keep very few, maybe a couple each season, I used to keep every legal size one I caught but nowadays I release most of them
why dont you ever use metal lures, like Kastmasters or Hopkins or Deadly Dicks?, it seems like its always only jigs or topwater...I find them to be very effective in Mass all season long....
How do u change lures so fast
He has a tactical angler clip
Zisco Vlogs thanks just ordered some
Marshall Whitaker so glad you asked, i was wondering myself
