A repair guy told me this about washer and it worked I’ve had to reset like that 3 times in 5 years and have still not changed the board.

Hi great video. Ours is having a issue where we set it to start and the lights work and all then it doesn’t even start. It sits with the lights all set but nothing… ideas? I drained the water sitting at the bottom but it doesn’t do anything once we close the door …thanks
Same here Jme.. I have Frigidaire - control panel seems to work, can select all options. but up to closing the door right after clicking Start.. ~10 secs after that .. panel turns off. bummer man - have you figured out yours ?
Same issue with mine. Idk if I need the latch or not right now.
Did you say turn off power for 5 min. Then turn back on and try it again ?? A lot of times it’s the board and a power reset 50% times will reset the boards
