Seriously, the work you guys do scares the hell out of me even on a “normal” building, but I can’t imagine what it has to feel like walking those narrow beams on top of a massive skyscraper, and AT NIGHT no less. I have massive respect for construction workers, you all have nerves I can’t begin to understand lol
WOW!!!! Breathtaking… I’ve never seen anything like that before. Never thought they’d be working at night walking on very narrow beams 1,400 ft in the sky!
Absolutely…after many laborers fell to their death while working the Verrazano Bridge, the owners still refused to employ netting…until the unions walked off the job.
Iron worker working at night is absolutely insane, shadows, blinding by lights and a crane operator who is probably 20 mts away from then who probably could spot a problem in daylight but not a hope at night
I never understood why we praise morons that play with basketballs or footballs or actors while people like this actually make a tangible difference in this world. So much respect for these real men out there.
LOL....do you really think that these union entitled workers are "real men"? and what are they sacrificing? They are getting paid real money for this type of work...if you really want to praise someone the real heroes are teachers and people in the military.....everyone else (including myself who is not a teacher or veteran) we get paid for our services....
Politicians that talk like make america great.well let me tel you something those builders out there, those guys they make america great, what a heroes they are
Just as incredible are the Drafters who detail 1 million parts for fabrication to 1/16th precision. Calculated to the last bolt and the weight of each welding bead... Jus sayin'
I know there are more people below them...but this video makes it look like a two man small contractor is basically putting up this massive skyscraper.
Are they behind schedule on this build? Is that why they have people working at night? What kind of shift differential are these workers getting for working at night?
I don’t know how far along it is on the inside, but the outside is coming along pretty well from what I’ve seen walking by. They have a goal of getting it finished and ready to move in sometime next year. My office is just a couple blocks away and I pass by it every day, and they are out there working on it pretty much 24/7.
Why are they working through the night? Does Chase want the building done literally "overnight"?? I thought most construction workers were unionized...
di sto video una cosa sola critico...la musica..secondo me era meglio senza. per quanto riguarda quei ragazzi che lavorano..che figata..mi piacerebbe provare
This is absolutely breathtaking. 😀
These are the true superheroes.
It’s satisfying to hear these gentleman get that acknowledgment. Thank you
Amazing iron workers. The fact they are doing this at night is incredible!
I wonder how the workers fared during the earthquake? Awesome job @9MileProduction, this is just gorgeous.
You guys have balls of STEEL!!! I am a construction worker and I salute you!!
Thanks for viewing!

I rarely comment....but wow from a former skydiver! Superman is not the man of steel...these guys are. Subscribed!
Enjoy your 4th!
Extraordinary! Made my knees weak just watching!
Good doo
Long Live THE IRON WORKERS UNION
professional Americans
Hell yeh
Even with fall protection their job is unbelievably frightening. Imagine doing that with no fall protection as they did not so many years ago.
Absolutely…after many laborers fell to their death while working the Verrazano Bridge, the owners still refused to employ netting…until the unions walked off the job.
Эти чуваки должны зарабатывать очень - очень много... Я хочу 1000$ только за то, что смотрю на этот ужас...🥺

From NY and I must say I do miss it a lot sometimes ! I worked for Coke Local 812 ! My route was in the Bronx and lower Westchester :)
Wondering what drone was used to capture this epic video.
Much respect.✌️
Great video. ♥️
Blessings.☀️
I ❤ NY & those that built it. 💪♥️♥️♥️
Thank you Sarah
Great footage. My only worry is they are looking at the drone and not concentrating on their foot placement
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 very good and professional job ❤

@@9mileproductions I m really impatient to see it
@@Djes6942 I was in an accident and badly injured my hand…it has been painful to work on these videos. I’m improving lately.
@@9mileproductions no problem the most important is your health. Wishing you a quick recovery.
Epic!
I would never go up there lol
Must have been a lot of permits and Red tape to go through to be able to even fly a drone that high. Not to mention the logistics. Well done.
The Great respect to the workers ! The God save your ! 🙏
Working at night in that hazardous job is INSANE. Hope they get triple time.
I was at top of summit one Vanderbilt and I’m surprised seeing from there that this building was already taller unfinished in November 2023
You got a real good look from Vanderbilt!
Iron worker working at night is absolutely insane, shadows, blinding by lights and a crane operator who is probably 20 mts away from then who probably could spot a problem in daylight but not a hope at night
These dudes know what they doing…and it shows
Can you imagine how many bolts they're going to have left over when they've finished building this thing?
I never understood why we praise morons that play with basketballs or footballs or actors while people like this actually make a tangible difference in this world. So much respect for these real men out there.
Yes
Americans do take too much for granted. They don't realize those who sacrificed for what we have today only the end result.

is like walk in the park for this guys woww

Superhero's indeed!
fantastic !!
Glad you enjoyed
Why working at night? Is it just for a quicker construction time?
For a winter night that was mild and hardly a lick of wind…perfect for raising iron

Was this video made by drone?
Affirmative

Theres no way they're behind schedule. This building went up incredibly fast
WE ARE THE TOP IN THE BUILDING TRADES
are those solar panels on the crane above the operator cab ?
Why are they working through the night? Does Chase want the building done literally "overnight"?? I thought most construction workers were unionized...
Imagine a perfect night in the dead of winter…that was this night…zero wind, mild temps…no better time to make time
Yeah they getting like 200hr, they brave much kudos

Сумасшедшие строители. Я на такой высоте не смол бы работать.
This city will one day sink to the sea....just too much loads on that small landmass 😮
And they say some things are impossible...
I could never do this....😅
I bet you could
Apparently wage is 24 Dollars an hour .??

What a beautiful night that was, hardly a lick of wind

Máquina donde estas muy difícil taller ruido
I wonder why they're working at night? It seems like it would be awfully dangerous.
Take twice as long to be built. It would be like 20 years nstead of 10.
How much do these guys get paid per hour? What ever it is it’s not enough!
Great video, music is terrible though
Please tell me they make more than the NFL!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
In a more perfect world…
Proud union men and women building this great country.
A shame the repubs fight unions so much.
But we need more women in jobs like this. Not just walking around in Stiletto crying boss B****.
That's some pretty hairy stuff right there
Yes
Because it’s too easy and safe during daylight for this crew.
That’s right
Terrorific work of these people in those hights indeed.
cgi?
No way…Just an incredible night!
Why would you think that?
Weird combination of music
:)
why we do this? Is it greed or for survival of the specie?
Kill that music!
Great photography! Pathetic soundtrack!😂
