“I Don’t Know Him...” | Zelensky Unsure Of Trump’s Actions If Elected

- On July 9, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed uncertainty about what actions Donald Trump might take if he were to be elected to a second term as US president in November. Speaking at an event at the Ronald Reagan Institute in Washington, DC, Zelensky noted that while he had good meetings with Trump during his presidency, they did not experience the current war together.
"I don't know him very well. I don't know. I had meetings with him, and we had good meetings when he was the president... but we didn't go through the war with him," Zelensky said in English, without a translator. "I can't tell you what he will do if he will be the president of the United States. I don't know."
Zelensky urged US political leaders not to wait for the outcome of the November presidential election to provide strong support to Ukraine against Russia's invasion. He emphasized that the entire world, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, is anticipating the results of the US election.
"Everyone is waiting for November. Americans are waiting for November, in Europe, the Middle East, in the Pacific, the whole world is looking towards November and, truly speaking, Putin awaits November too," Zelensky stated. "It is time to step out of the shadows, to make strong decisions... to act and not to wait for November or any other month."

It’s pretty simple besides one difficult thing. All money and military aid to Ukraine ends, Ukraine will NEVER be in NATO, Crimea is recognized as legitimate Russian clay, military assurances are guaranteed to Ukraine…. The hard part is Donbass which I’m sure Russia wants to keep and will certainly not be pushed out of militarily…. I would propose turning it into a DMZ with multi National forces patrolling (USA, Poland, Germany, China, etc) for a draw down period of atleast a decade. Follow this by extensive increase in NATO spending, particularly in arming and increasing the size of Baltic members forces. Otherwise this will go on until Ukraine sees 10 million dead and fails as a state, leaving Russia more powerful than ever
