LOVE the cotton! Have you considered using either spray basting or school glue to baste rather than pins? Thanks for the shout out … I don’t have a channel. I think going live is not much different than recording the show as far as being in front of the camera. The only difference is the ability to edit. I do enjoy the live aspect of the show I moderate. But my favorite way to interact is via Zoom. That way we all can talk and show what we are doing. I have an L shape workspace. I like how it works. I only have a rechargeable iron and small ironing mat in that space for ironing seams as I sew. I then have an ironing board and automatic shut off iron for heavier ironing so I stand for that function. I also like the flannel!
Thanks so much!! Looking forward to getting to the editing of your video and sharing your work with everyone! I like zoom too. I wonder if I shouldn’t just do zoom meetings, record them and publish them… or a combination of zoom and live! Hmmm do you know anyone who does that? It would be cool to see how that plays out in real-time for the viewer and participants.
@@LakesideQuiltmakingArts I believe that the Fabric Patch does this with a temperature quilt. They meet monthly on a FB live, record it and then plays parts of it back on YT recorded video.
The bols are looking great. I will be heading home Colorado this week and get to pass thru cotton field in north Texas. Lots of round bales on the way, too. Will think about that baby snuggy of yours.
No, wish that was true, need a break hope to get to sew a bit on the farm. Sewing is so good for the soul and watching you do it is good for my soul. Keep the needle moving and I will watch from the mountains. @@LakesideQuiltmakingArts
Cotton balls actually have a brown bolls , I think they would look more real with some brown showing around some of you cotton balls. Iv seen real bolls and they have brown around cotton balls
@@janiceparks5758 you’re so sweet! Thank you for commenting and helping! I have added a fair amount of fabric to represent burs. Maybe that will help. Ohh and I’ve added stems too.

@@Sharyonk I hope it’s an enjoyable trip and I hope the fact that you’re going home means all has been going smoothly with your TX concerns.
