I think the difficulty is ensuring the highway is cleared to make sure civilians around them or the other officers involved are too close to the road if the suspect panics and swings the steering wheel wildly.

I found the female passenger of that runaway motorbiker was mesmerising on it's own. She performed a beatiful ballet gracefully balancing of sides, negotiating a corners, along curved streets or avoiding obstacles. She was sailing. Her jumps and landings were all perfectly executed, she never lost foot of her parallel resting pedals. She nailed it. She was not dead weight but actively responding to the ever changing center of gravity of the ride. She was flying. 🐾 _Montréal 🇨🇦_

It's consumable product like tasers, at least police cars can be fixed, once a Grappler is used it gets tossed and a new one installed, that means every single time it's used the car would have to return to the station/garage and have a new one fitted, that means at least an hour or two for travel, refitting, and travel back to the patrol area wasted

They have the highest rate of felonies. That isn’t racist. It’s fact. Statistics. More than 40% of black males have been arrested by age 25. Bad parenting. Often parents have criminal records, too.
Sadly, bad parenting. You grew up with responsible parents. Parents of many of these felons also have criminal records, so nobody is teaching morals. I worked with kids whose parents taught them to steal coats and shoes and lunch money from classmates.
That's the second amazing, Brazilian motorcycle cop I've seen in 2 days!!! The other one was actually better as it was nearly all in tight alleys as seen at the end of this video. I don't know how they train them, but it works!!!!

Sadly, bad parenting. You grew up with responsible parents. Parents of many of these felons also have criminal records, so nobody is teaching morals. I worked with kids whose parents taught them to steal coats and shoes and lunch money from classmates.

That's the second amazing, Brazilian motorcycle cop I've seen in 2 days!!! The other one was actually better as it was nearly all in tight alleys as seen at the end of this video. I don't know how they train them, but it works!!!!

Whew man 😲🤤 that motorcycle chase was a serious adrenaline rush , i don't suggest watching it on a full stomach lol it was like riding a freagin roller coaster , i think i just might go watch that again ,, after I've calmed down from the first time, i would've loved to have seen the whole vid all the way up to when they were actually caught. I think all survived TG !!! I also didn't know that pick up trucks could do polish wheelies 😂😂❤🇺🇸😊
