Thank you. I love this video. You seem to be like a friend of mine, not some very special sportsman in a Hi-tech studio with sophisticated systems.
An ordinary man with ordinary clothes but with genuine sportsmanship.

mogbaba could not agree more, his smile feels knowing, genuine. Struggles through pain of all sorts but instead of stagnation there’s a warmth deeper from understanding of himself. Well I’m assuming this purely from his vibe and demeanour, yet to me it’s obvious he’s not one of these fakers you see. Sorry to go on now but I hate these proper asshat white people you tubers, not all of them you know what I mean like haha. Anyway sorry just got such a love for this person, watching his own growth as a youtuber is wonderful too. I love the comment section here and look I’m commenting hahaha with obvious casual tone. Love it! So happy you found happiness too, I just discovered this chap and Im so happy I’ve finally found someone like this. Anyway probs just chat oh and on haha x

This brings me back to my fighting days in Chicago very similar to a warm up I knew so well
I was so blessed to have real Chinese Gung Fu teachers for those days.
Not a punch was thrown until we stretched for 10 min and meditated for 15 min
It is more than learning how to fight
It is a way of LIFE!!!
THANK YOU FOR SHARING SOME KNOWLEDGE

Awesome, really helpful. This focus on not being stiff is gold!!! I've just realized how the shoulders are "the hips of the upper body: when stiff, your in bad shape, doesn't develop speed, can't actually use your force because of all the unbalances. Genius!

great video and i have just started kung fu again after 23 years and i remember quite a bit of the stretching techniques that you have shown in this vid and i thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. its a shame that some small minded people have decided to knock your English.i personally think your English is excellent and i would love to hear the people that have mocked you try to speak Chinese. once again thank you and keep the video's coming.

It seems your audio is not quite in sync with the video, and slips more out of sync the further you get into the video. Check your upload settings to see if they match what they should be. Otherwise, thanks for the helpful tutorial. I've been missing my lessons I started several years ago but had to stop going from work time conflicts.

Do you have a method of helping to strengthen injuries to the hamstrings at all? Or maybe to mild stretches to help them become more flexible? When I first started to study kung fu, I ended up hurting both of my hamstrings from improper side kicks.
