I love it. I work out a lot but more weight lifting and HIIT training. This is new to me but I love it and it helps me reach within me. I love that I'm working my body as well as my mind. This is fun and cleansing. Thank you.
Amazing workout. We know things will get serious when you start with a one knee crouch! I can't hold my feet while standing yet, but this move is really something I think is so beautiful. Let's see how much time of training it will get me to achieve this :). Thanks Sifu! (Oh, ah the lower back exercise is amazing)

@@PrinceKumar-vc8fg I did the dynamic in the morning and static in the evening and did some basic training mid trough. But i reccomend u mix em up together in a single routine.
Do you got dynamic strength training for the one leg squat technique? I want to improve on that but my flexibility is not as good as yours. Where do I need to begin to get more in balance with the strength and focus. So that I not always dangle from left to right when trying to do the one leg squat technique.

Respect Kung Fu... the condition exercises alone are difficult. I would love to learn the basics of static and then full dynamic training once I'm done with rehab (physical therapy).

How have u scheduled static n dynamic. Both daily?
