I am the oldest son of the victim, that is my mother, she is doing okay now, my family and I do not recognize this man, this has left me enraged, if you have any leading information about the suspect, contact the police immediately, thank you for those who are supportive and understanding

In 1990, I was a public defender in Lancaster. A ⚫️ Philly transplant was walking the streets homeless. I was court appointed to represent him when he threw a rock through the window of a passing car for no reason. He pleaded guilty. Judge released him on 30 days time served.
A few weeks later, he punched a lady in the face inside the library as she pushed a baby stroller. This time, I got him committed to Norristown State Hospital.
He spent a year there and a year in county prison. Hospital put him back on his meds. He was a changed man, humble, embarrassed, shy. Judge
released him. The shelter gave him a job as a receptionist. I saw him working there once. Never saw him in prison again.

My dad was a cop in a small town in South Jersey for over 30 years the amount of crime that goes on while everyone is asleep is prevalent. It has every type of crime there is in a 5 mile radius and it extends to all the neighboring towns as well. The department responds to many calls and a high percentage of callers say the same thing "That stuff doesn't happen around here" but it does quite frequently.
