It is also crazy that after the downfall of prime rafa around2015, nadal managed to beat djoko in all their matches in clay, except the single 2021 RG...see this happened in his relatively weaker era

Nole got Nadal figured out on hard pretty much after that match, although when Nole had his slump from RG 2016 till WB 2018, they only faced one time at Madrid 2017, had they faced at any hardcourt tournament during that time I think Nadal would have beaten him, but still, Nadal wasn't a match to a fit Djokovic on HC for more than 10 years
