Certainly strength and talent behind that shot. But you can't compare it a Wawrinka BH. @ big shirt? What 🤣? He looks way bigger than half a year ago
You can not play tennis looking like a body builder...you won t last one week at atp level
Love to see a one hand BH. Go Perricard!
6:30 Roger's like return
GMP is no joke that serve and backhand are scary good. Saw him last season and was like 'oh... if dude stays uninjured, he'll be doing big things next year" Love watching the whip action he gets on his backhand
Monfils must think: "Next timeI will defeat NOvak, nobody beats me 21 times in a row"
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I have the impresion each year the players rise their level more and more again. Sky is the limit. Incredible (applies to women's tennis too)
you may have won this round again Novak!, but mark my words nobody beats Gael Monfils 21x times in a row.
😂
Djokovic H2H with Monfils is 20:0. How is that even possible?
20 years since their first meeting 2005 US Open.
@gledatelj1979 I know, but I'm wondering how come Monfils didn't manage to win even one match in all 20 meetings. This is probably the worst H2H I've heard of.
@@gablan1468 He had a big chance in Paris 2009 and after that just gave up . He is emotional .
Gmp has every thing to win slams...please use it wisely
at this point with Nole & Monfils its like a couple of old pals getting together grabbing a beer whenever they play. love these two old guards.
I have never seen a player clapping his opponent's winning points as often as Djokovic. He always gives credit when you do something nice.
Lol
Still will never be iconic
Yes 100%, nd he actually made an excellent run/recovery at the end of that point at 1:44 and still congratulated Monfils on the final scoop to win the point👏
@@prathameshsortur9738you are braindead
Great Sportsmanship.
GMP looks hugely impressive 😮
The GOAT Novak Djokovic doing GOAT things 🐐👑🏅🙌
Death, taxes, and Djokovic beating Monfils lol. I used to think Ferrer's record vs Federer was about as bad as it gets
Perricard is a BEAST!
Perricard will be tough to beat this year…
except french open
@ he does seem to be more of a hard court player
He's still learning on hard courts to me; it's interesting that he prefers clay (I think he grew up playing on that surface) but the GRASS imo, is where it's at for me with him! But I like that he keeps getting better on all surfaces. That's growth and great potential! I'm here for it! 🎉👍🎾🤗
Perricard is the future!!!!
Mpetshi Perricard seems to be extremely talented, i got a feeling he would be top 3 material, challenging Alcaraz and Sinner for slams.
Tiafoe only won 50% of points behind second serve, as Giovanni attacks it. Important to serve with high percentage against him.
GMP IS MY SUCCESSOR OF WAWRINKA TO FOLLOW🐐❤️
I just want to watch a Mpetshi vs Nole match - best server of the tournament and one of the best servers right now, vs the best returner ever !
I agree; just so he can know and grow in his game as I don't think he would beat Novak. He (Novak) has too much variety just like Carlos, who beat him (GMP) earlier this year (4&4).
@@godz4ever404 Yeah even if as a french I hope he will win, I don't think he can win the match if Nole feels good. He definitely can win the 1st set, because Djokovic will have to analyze and predict how to return his serve, but when Djokovic will read the serves right, game over, and Nole is just the greatest at this game 🤖
Monfils's ball quality is really subpar. Such an easy match up for Djokovic, he always has time and can do whatever he wants with the ball. Im surprised Monfils didn't try any new tactics after losing 19 times. Did he really think this would be enough to disrupt Novak? Why not go for a little more and take every opportunity to play agressive and come to net
I think he's already resolved it in his mind that he's never beating Novak. 😕
Perricard migliorato tantissimo. Tra gli italiani oltre a Sinner non mi sembra ci sia nessuno che possa andare in top 5
Musetti in 2-3 anni.
Opelka showing up. Groundies looking like he's been working.
Need a compilation of those 20 match points between Djoko and Monfils.
Djokovic 20-0 Monfils in their H2H now, that is so one sided 😂
He always holds serve and wins the tiebreak. He's Karlovic.
Better, improved version of Dr.Ivo
I really like mpetshi
