  • #FallOfThePride Part 3:
In yet another case of questionable procurement procedures at Kenya Airways, in 2018, after carrying out a successful request for proposals and tender process, for the five years maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) for 16 Boeing 737-800 engines, the overall best bidder, Israel Aerospace Industries was edged out and replaced with the third best bidder, Germany’s MTU Aero Engines, exposing Kenya Airways to high costs and more potential losses.

SEBASTIAN MIKOZS THE FORMER CEO: kenya airways has always been very unlucky, always have CEOs who dictate and force corruption ideas to sail through, last time during the time of Allan kilavuka, the man allowed cartels to force in their tenders including KQ employees,if you look at Bridgette imbuga the former ag chief HR ,she was empowered to have her own company of food supply at KQ and the current one was terminated even before the contract was over,we see Anzaya mbithe who was chief adviser of the CEO as the partner of that business ,The GROUND OPS HEAD GORDON ANYIMU gets opportunity to have the AFS company take all KQ jobs.
ALLN KILAVUKA THE CEO: With the current CEO alln kilavuka we see all cartels get promoted to big jobs by this man ,look at francis musila been promoted to a level of CEO adviser and director of special projects, look at irene lempaka even after threatening to bring her own manpower or company as third party to work for KQ and sack all the current ones, after she used fake licences to acquire the job at supply chain KQ and fake certificates, after she gave all KQ jobs to NAS [nairobi airports services],Allan kilavuka the CEO plays mind game, promotes her to head supply chain, just removes her to hide her else where. look at Gordon anyimu after grounding all equipment so as to get a chance to hire from third party for kick back reasons, the man is associated with stealing even peanuts leave alone big assets like equipment in terms of scrapes ,stealing spare parts, duplication of roles so as to have ghost workers, the mess at ground operations is about this man,the you find that the CEO promoted him from the head of ramp to the level of head of ground services,Samuel njoroge the key man who works for tom, gordon and all cartel groupings to sign overstated invoices in terms of ghost workers, manipulation of man power then he is given the responsibility to lead both GSE and passenger ramp .tom ogendo is another character who you have seen it clearly that he got tender to hire computers from south africa for KQ worthy millions, for years those computers have never gotten to KQ after the company paid millions to south africas company belonging to a big politician,he too planted a computer system at mulolongo which could divert all KQ revenues to other individual accounts, ticket frauds that if a passenger pay for a ticket, the details are not that of KQ accounts but individuals, the man given the responsibility to head all outstation managers and he makes sure that only his cronies become managers there.the he becomes head of customer services.Look at scanners all stolen and look at terminal one A belt always with fixed problems that cost the company millions, look at Rodgers karani the man who is used to change systems so as to meet the agenda of cartels, the the CEO again promotes him to be in charge of ramp services.
COMPANY REVENUES:As one who have full information about KQ and more especially ground operations i can for free bring to your attention that currently every month kenya airways losses about 500,000,000 shillings in combination of all malpractices and more especially on weight cheating at cargo terminal, where DICK MURIANKI is the general manager ,Cancellation of flights so as to get kick backs at hotels that again costs KQ on transport ,foods, visas and accommodation making KQ not trusted and poor service delivery, ticket fraud all these by tom ogendo, exaggeration of invoices at finance and figure cheating at supply chain by irene lempaka through fuels especially during supplies, duplication of roles due to ghost workers by Gordon, illegal and non procedural awarding of tenders, high wage bill through so many managers who have no roles and most of the lead or manage less that two staff or 50 or ten, giving fake and false report on audit led by audit team and head of security Bernard oganga who is at the right hand of the CEO.selling kenya airways businesses to third parties and other companies intentionally to get kick backs like with the case of AFS,grounding equipment and aircraft intentionally to give the business to other companies.
Basically the current CEO of KQ is far far away from making KQ the pride of Africa again but the shame of Africa,he is one person characterized with psychological games on his leadership, trickery games to carry the day by pretending to be honesty with turning around KQ ,Threats of reckless sacking, fear mongering ,misuse of security offices, promotion of tribalism forgetting that KQ is kenyan thing, just an example look at legal department, this is resembles on how sebastian brought in a team of Poland nationalities in the name of expatriates only to realize that they were busy stealing, promoting air craft manufacturers in return to get kick backs just like the way he kicked out B777 and promoted dream liners.
For one to get a managerial role in KQ or any other Good job, these are not done by merit or experience and capability not to forget honest ,trust and will to turn around KQ,but must be able to prove the ability to do corruption, close friend of cartels and who you are,are you from one big family or recommended by god father??

  • @donmwema2932
    @donmwema2932 3 года назад +1

The CEO saying that he will do things differently is just a joke, if he was serious about killing corruption at KQ,WHAT HAS HE DONE SO FAR,honestly KQ has flights that burn fuel from point A to B and from B to A without passengers or cargo,a true leader with full knowledge of what has been killing the company should have acted on that.the truth is that he is aware but covering the cartels on these rotten deals and is same reason why he threatens to sack staff.
this is what happens, most outstation managers were planted in those positions by the great TOM OGENDO the head of customer services and passenger services, the man who one time acted as ground ops director.the purpose is to help other airlines benefit from KQ market and those outstation managers who does that have an agreement with the top management,in return is KICKBACKS .
EVERY CUSTOMER BELONGING TO KQ NORMALLY IS DIRECTED TO OTHER AIRLINES LIKE JAMBO JET ,FLY 540 AND OTHER DOMESTIC FLIGHTS AND SO AS KQ CRY NO BUSINESS OR BUSINESS AT ZERO ,ROTTEN MINDED MEN AND WOMEN AT THE LEADERSHIP OF KENYA AIRWAYS GET KICKBACKS OR COMMISSIONS.THAT IS WHY FLY540 is greatly expanding and doing well.some cartels have shares there, the ceo of other airline who used to be titus naikuni director at his office alex avedi normally does that business with tom ogendo and honestly air crafts fly empty because they are needed at point B.that is domestic,at the international level, customers belonging to KQ flights too diverted to other companies like Qatar airlines, air France,KLM,so do you expect an aircraft belonging to KQ at Johannesburg not to fly back to kenya because all passengers have been re booked to another airline?yet this air craft is needed for another destination?these flights are normally cancelled in the name of technical issues which is not true, when we say outstation managers are rich and their head tom ogendo and gordon anyimu are rich,it is true and tell me when will kenya airways make profits?
When KQ flights fly empty and burning fuel it means business elsewhere.and then ALLAN KILLAVUKA THE CEO can dismiss this by saying no corruption and cover these cartels.
WHEN KQ DOES ANOTHER BOOKING DUE TO CANCELLED FLIGHTS IN THE NAME OF TECHNICAL ISSUES,HONESTLY THERE IS WHAT WE CALL RE BOOKING COMPENSATION WHICH AGAIN COSTS THE COMPANY AND AGAIN ON THIS RE BOOKING COMPENSATION TO CUSTOMERS OR PASSENGERS,THERE IS OVERSTATED COMPENSATIONS WHICH IS A SCANDAL.MANY PASSENGERS DUE TO THIS ROTTEN AND MONKEY GAMES ARE TAKEN TO HOTELS WHERE BY AGAIN THEY ARE GIVEN KICK BACKS,SO KENYANS AGAIN YOU CANNOT BE AN OUTSTATION MANAGER IN KENYA AIRWAYS IF YOU HAVE NO ABILITY TO DO THESE KIND OF STUPID BUSINESSES WITH THESE ROGUE MANAGERS AND DIRECTORS.,TRANSPORT TO AND FROM HOTELS TO PROMOTE THESE CARTELS VEHICLES DOING BUSINESS AT AIRPORTS.VISAS COSTS DUE TO CANCELLATIONS AND MY FELLOW KENYANS WHEN YOU HEAR KQ doing badly there are people getting rich.before cargo flights belonging to KQ could do business ,there has been a lot of bogus businesses done by dick murianki by cancellation of these freighters in the name of zero captain just to realize the business is to promote other airlines for kickback reasons also storage facilities.
Generally dear kenyans a staff lost a job in the watch of kenya airways management because he exposed all these and
    streamlined the sections.
the people behind these are said to BELONG TO MOST POWERFUL PERSONS IN KENYA MOSTLY PA MATIANGI AND IS THE REASON WHY ONE PERSON SAID THAT GOVERNMENT WILL KILL THIS COUNTRY.
IN OTHER WORDS GROUND OPERATIONS KENYA AIRWAYS IS ROTTEN BECAUSE OF GORDON ANYIMU THE HEAD OF GROUND OPERATION PROMOTED BY CEO KNOWING CLEARLY THIS MAN IS A SCANDAL LORD ,HEAD OF SECURITY BERNARD OGANGA,TOM OGENDO AND THE GERARD LIMO THE MAN WHO SAY HE GOT KQ JOB THROUGH THE OPPOSITION LEADER.
IS KENYA AIRWAYS NEAR TO DOING WELL?

That stupid fellow, according to the FAA air crash investigation report, was asked to wait out the rain storm near the airport, by the air traffic controller, but the arrogant pilot ignored that request. To compound this sheer human folly, the silly, incompetent captain took off in a heavy thunderstorm , heading straight into it. Realising his mistake, he desperately tried to dodge it but he was flying too low and wind shear brought down that poor flight.

Again,mr Gordon anyimu is the biggest anyimu who is highly protected, the reason is to take care of other ground handling companies, like african friet services[AFS] which belongs to senior people in this land,Gordon anyimu is the man who is head of ground operations given the big position or appointed by the current CEO Allan Kilavuka who sail in the same boat of corruption like Gordon,Gordon anyimu is the man who Killed uchumi chains and supermarkets and was helped to land to KQ by Chris kirubi.this man has always be stealing KQ spare parts of that aircrafts and ground equipment,he does it through tight security led by bernard oganga, this man has too been siphoning fuel as we have seen been explained in part one just through his men at cargo.in a day he can sell fuel to trade winds handlers of upto one million shillings, you hear of fictitious repares is another point by having his own company of mechanics who repare KQ equipment from outside yet as it is said KQ has qualified technicians who are paid for the same job.this man is arrogant and rude anytime he is asked about all these.as it has been said francis musila and Dick murianki are other thieves who sighed two contracts to run at the same time for hiring equipment from other companies,so the reason of keeping Gordon anyimu is to take care of all these malpractices.cartels keep him to steal for them.kilavuka knows this.
Tom OGENDO is another genius thief who was planted to the company by titus naikuni remember the reason why he was involved with TICKET FRAUD,CANCELLATIN OF FLIGHTS AND A HAND IN CDL AND INSIGHT is because he planted a machine at mulolongo cyber shop which could do all these.today, samuel njoroge a manager at ramp services is the one been used to steal and is reason he is been removed from department to department.look at irene lempaka the woman who always get promotions yet she is a true thief.the current CEO at kenya airways can do nothing, his is to appreciate beautiful women at OCC during town hall when they ask Sir what can i do to change this company to profit making and he replies good girl wonderful question,i think we need to meet and chat way out and actually a good question ,am in darkness like you.
Basically the only person who could change ground operations is the chief HR KQ only if she is allowed to do that, you see within short time she changes HR to almost toatally reformed and when months later the Allan kilavuka assumes office she coils her tail .

Other airlines are cheaper than KQ by a mile. I have never understood why this damn airline is always expensive. I tried KQ once in the name of being patriotic, that was the first and last time as their customer relations was a pain in the ass plus the squeezed seats with no leg room. Very poor services, KQ is simply garbage in garbage out.

Mr. T Naikuni & Co. John Maxwell a leadership guru states " Being a great leader is all about having a genuine willingness and true commitment to lead others to achieve a common vision and goals through positive influence. No leader can ever achieve anything great or long lasting all alone". He goes on to say " Everything rises and falls on leadership". KQ indeed was The Pride of Africa until you lot forgot to run it professionally allowing questionable practices to make it loose billions of shillings under your watch. You can't turn round and say you were not involved in these deals when they happened under your watch as CEOs. You have to own up to your miscalculations as good leaders do especially with project mawingu which I feel was a great idea but under your watch allowed these indiscretion to bleed KQ. I feel sorry for Michael Joseph who we all know has lived true to the above principles discussed by J. Maxwell when he left a healthy vibrant company in the name Safaricom to the late Bob Colimore who than continued his legacy until his death. Michael now has to TRY instill those same values at Safaricom in KQ's badly damaged image left by yourselves whilst at Kq as it head. AK, we are praying for you to steer this giant out of its woes into profitability again. MJ, we know you have done it before and can still do it. As a die hard customer of KQ on it London to Nairobi Route, I will use KQ until she bounces back to her true self as " THE PRIDE OF AFRICA".

God cannot intervene if we as Kenyans are not truthful and honest. If we examine ourselves corruption thrives because we allow it, engage in it and applaud it. God cannot be found where lies thrive. So we must first be honest, repent, change then God can intervene
