@@SueMareeP I think the advice to add a bowl of boiling water to the bottom of the oven makes a big difference. I used to spritz with water but the bowl is better❤️.

Just made these and they came out beautifully! Have not tasted them yet but I am so happy because I have been wanting to make my own burger buns for a while now. Followed your directions and watched your video and my attempt was successful! Thank you for your video tutorials, they are really helpful! Finally tasted them and the only addition would be a sweetener of some sort. I see you use a tsp of sugar in your other 2 recipes for buns.
Just found your channel and just subscribed. I bought Spelt flour and needed to try and make some bread recipes. Love the fact that your video shows measurements both ways. I never know what ml amounts mean but I know cups measurements. I’m from the U.S so this is EXTREMELY helpful to me when I bake.
+BABY A thank you for subscribing. The easy spelt bread are a good place to start. It’s tricky with measures in different countries. In Sweden everything is dl. I would highly recommend weighing with scales if you want consistent results especially with bread making. Cups and spoons are not a accurate. Just a thought. Happy baking. ❤️

I haven't had experience baking with sprouted spelt flour. If it's like wholegrain spelt they should be okay, just adjust the water and moisture content. The texture maybe a little denser. Let me know if you give it a go.
