    I just came across your video last night , and I made the buns tonight and they were the bomb ! I didn’t use quinoa flakes I used all purpose flour and they still came out soft . Thanks for sharing 😊

      Michelle Dunn - So happy to hear you made the buns.. yes, it is fine to sub the quinoa flakes for all-purpose and get a nice result. I had quinoa flakes and wanted to use them but I think any lighter than spelt flour would work well. Glad others can read you made them with Spelt & AP flour with a good result.. Awesome!       broccolini - love your youtube name by the way! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Yes these buns were so amazing and I love spelt flour because it is so much more nutritious AND delicious. And if you want to try make them and don't have quinoa flakes just use all purpose or another lighter flour to sub for the flakes. Thanks again for your comment! :-)

    What brand of quinoa flakes did you use

      Gee Ruiz - Thanks for your question. I used Ancient Grains Quinoa Flakes. This is the brand that is at my local grocery store so I just grabbed that one. They are pretty easy to find online too. Thanks for watching! Peace! Vidal.

    What are the measurements

      Gee Ruiz - I didn't measure them but I would say they are the size of a pretty standard burger bun that you would get at a restaurant or a store. Some people say the standard size is 85g to a 100g of dough per bun. Just cut the dough into less balls for bigger buns or into more balls for smaller buns such as mini burger buns. Hope this helps.
