@@MonaBeamish I can not tell YOU how Happy I am to have found this video I have always been scared to make Bread Isn't that silly But I want to sell Artisan Bread when I open up my business... Everyone loves Fresh Bread... and Artisan Bread is so Beautiful
I made bread using a more or less identical recipe, and it came out even better than I hoped. The only downside: really good bread tends to get eaten, and if you develop a habit of bread making, expect to start shopping for larger pants.
I can't lie was skeptical about this one, but it turned out well! It required little effort, left no sticky hands, and was not temperamental in the oven.
a US CUP IS 236.5 ml by volume. A US cup of flour weighs 120g. A US cup of water weighs 236.2 grams. A US teaspoon of ground table salt or dry yeast is 5 ml by volume. By weight that is 6g of either item.
Us folks in the US don’t use weights for baking measurements so it has nothing to do with difficulty therefore you don’t need to be ugly. Go figure out the measurements on your own. I’m sure you’re an educated individual.

BAHAHAHA
EXACTLY
Mix, proof, shape, bake; is that correct? Straight into the oven after you deflate and shape, no second proof? The loaf is beautiful.
Yes, you got it!
thank you! I like your recipes, will try on my channel. Subscribed :)
Do you ever add anything into the bread for a different flavor?

US cup - 236.5ml
metric cup = 250ml
Imperial cup - 284ml
Especially when it comes to flour, it is much better to weigh ingredients.

@@Chasingthesun2019I have to disagree with you. Most experienced bakers in the US weigh ingredients.
