@@MrSandi4 You don't need 3D to do this maneuver. This maneuver is done buy reducing thrust to the inboard engine. The differential thrust caused by the outboard engine is what pushes the nose of the plane around. The F-22 can indeed do this maneuver along with any other fighter that's flight control system can balance surface input acutely. Almost any 4.5 and up aircraft can do this.

F22 doesn't have 3D vectoring like SU 35 and SU 57.
