Good to see Zack getting more comfortable on camera and his personality coming out more. Seems like a good fit for the channel. Mini rollback is awesome!
Yep, was gonna say the same thing. Also, watching him get better at fabricating and welding.
Zanny Zack.
Well, Zack needs to become a 'lot' more animated on camera. It will either make or brake the channel.
@@19Photographer76 I don't think it matters. He has 1/4 million subscribers.
I think it's the dimples.
I'd look into putting bedlocks into the stowed position. Usually its just a catch directly to the frame, not subframe, the deck slides into when it's all closed up. That way you're not putting all that stress on the valve body and lines going down the road with a load
Your dad needs one for Father’s Day for Quad and dirt bike rescues!!
or do the Sa-MORR-ai wrecker for him
One with a longer and wider wheelbase. put some duallys on the back huh it wouldn't be for off-road grip or anything it's for redundancy in case of a blowout.
that would require matt to acknowledge misadnventure lab RUclips channel which He clearly does not want to do.
@@MeTheTherapist It could come from this channel, avoiding that problem.
@000622477 That's why he has his off-road trailer. Way simpler.
Wow I’m incredibly impressed with 3 uploads in less than 48 hrs
Landscapers would love that. It could carry a ride on mower. Housing complex work, to get into smaller roads without blocking traffic.
yeah you could probably actually resell these
I have scaped some land, so yes❤
Zach's lack of drama is refreshing. Too many channels bring on the drama queens. The mini went pretty well considering some of the other projects.
So you are saying, that ,,,,,you like real humans ? ❤ I concur
“Tiny tow” I love it. So dope. But it’s not useless. Lawnmower service company would love it. 😂
Or to trailer a dirt bike or two.
@@boomstyk4urboo definitely.
Ya may have found an untapped market! $$$$$
Hey Rudy. Here’s a suggestion. If you had a set of square tubing that could slide in som pockets below the bed rails. That you can slide the tubes in and then fold the Sides out flat if you need extra foot on each side. Just a thought.
Came here to say the same thing, add a winch then you could load up sxs or what not.
You can have the same support by putting the sliding tubes inside the bedsides sliding down after pulling a pin.
Rudy churning out the content! Well done, lad!
Looking good. I think that I would've avoided grease on the rails. Nylon friction pads slide really well, and they are not affected as much by sand, heat, cold or water.
Agreed. The grease will attract sand and debris, grinding everything to pieces, eventually binding up the mechanism.
Yup, it's not guna be fun cleaning out the goo once dirt, dust & sand have caked into a solid mass hindering movement. Though it likely won't have many more appearances after the debut.
Fun project in that what the heck sort of way.
If it becomes a problem, it can all be changed later. All of the rollback tow trucks I’ve operated have been this way.
Have the bed sides able to lock flat at 90deg, so the bed can be a wider flatbed and able to fit wrecked side-by-sides on it. If the whole thing doesn't tip over sideways! Eh, maybe not, it's pretty short overall....
Just tip from a rollback driver. In the environment they are using it greasing the slides just traps debris and speeds up wear.
We use graphite up here eh
Glad to see Janelle back in the picture
I was really bummed when you left MORR, but seeing what you've built over the years (has it been years?), it's obvious that you made the right decision.
ZACK needs some morning coffee ☕️ for motivation....!!!!
He’s about as exciting as wallpaper
Zack may not drink coffee, this Utah, remember.
Looks great but that grease is going to attract sand/dirt - plastic slides would be better.
i would suggest a latch of some kind on the front to help lock bed down when sitting on the frame just like a large rollback. all it has to be is a piece of steel mounted to truck frame that when the tube slides forward goes inside the tube. other than that its freaking cool, great work.
Totally awesome! Trevor, Tucker and Georges are going to love it.
Zach is a regular ray of sunshine.
Yeah, Rudy, you're doing the rollback. The peck brothers is doing the Mini wrecker
not a flatbed, they don't have siderails. hence the name. this is a rollback, like it says in the title
Last time I checked the Peck brothers were plonking a Daihatsu cab on an F-250 frame. Nothing similar about the two really. Rudy did it right. It's 100% Daihatsu truck with a new bed.
If you tilt the deck too far remember that you lose your e brake or being parked in gear once those rear tires leave the ground
You need a pilot operated check valve to prevent the fluid from free flowing out of the jack.
Is there a locking mechanism for when its lowered? The big rollbacks obviously lock into the rails as they slide back and I'm not sure you have the room for that, but maybe even just a small bit closest to the cab that it could slide into and lock down?
Starting a new business? Tow Trucks for driving mowers?
The “Tiny Tow” really came together. Great job!
Also needs a Latch at the front that secures the bed in the down position.
Wonderful job there. I too wonder about the sand getting into the grease. Now, you need a little safety leg for working on the hydraulics with the bed raised. You wouldn't want anybody crushed under that thing if it dropped suddenly. Great job you did on it. Thanks.
Thats pretty kool!! Might make the sides 3 position to go down, lay flat, and up!! If you can get them to lay flat you might be able to get some of the smaller side by sides on there with the extra width but thtey would have to be the 2 seater shorter ones!! Looks awesome
There's a definite need for that little truck, it's for recovering all those side by sides, and their way too often broken swing arms, forget those Brothers (whatever their name is)and their wrecker that is unsafe at any speed as a Tow Truck.
A side-by-side is about 6" wider than this truck
Rudy
Its not totally worthless.
You can use it as a jack to change rear tires or put chains on or lift it off rocks if high centered
Im just hoping it has enough front weight to stay on the ground when loading stuff...
you guys should tap a couple grease fittings on each outer rail to make greasing easier and neater
HEY Good morning Rudy and Janelle !!
Rudy and Zach(k), that was an awesome build! Loved it! Can't wait to see it at the off road games
I sure hope ya are going to add some flat bar into those cuts in your cross supports- they have a good chance of failing when put under a load- take care
You need bed locks on the front so it doesn't tip while driving...so when the bed slides forward, the sliders slide into locks to keep it from tipping, they should be at least 10 inches long for that little thing
Peck brothers is already making the world's smallest wrecker. I believe it has 38 inch tires on a Ford Chassis
That would make a great tow truck for broke down motorcycles.. On the side of the highway or off road. Just think of bike week. You could get in and out of tight areas.
Sooo not useless, its awesome for getting bikes, quads or atvs. And being able to lift the truck with the bed could help it self recover if it gets stuck
World's smallest roll back, yes!
The Peck Brother's have the World's smallest wrecker
Neds a winch in the bed and a yellow light bar on top. And a Robby Layton paint job.
Worthless? Quads? Dirt bikes? Perfect!!!
I've always had faith in Rudy, he has the talent and what it takes to become a standalone RUclips channel 3 uploads in whatever time keep it coming rudy it's paying off you and Trevor were a big part of the early success of MORR, show it .
Cool vehicle, now you have something to recover Mini-cooper's, Fiats, and Smartcars from the dunes. Great video
I think you need to get Lizzy over there to teach Zach how to weld. If he's not a welder😅😂
Good for Lawnmowers and Golf carts!!!!! I would just about bet that more uses can be figured out for the overgrown Hot Wheels?
Nice engineering, Rudy. Thanks for the increased content, too! 👍👍👍
Bloody hell, so many uploads this week. I love it.
You should paint on the door "Tiny Tow" or "Pinky Toe" and, of course, "No Job To Small!!"
Those axles are mega beefy!
You should put slides under the bed so when you drop the sides down, you gain a wider footprint for bigger mini jeeps.
Glad that you were posting more videos
Glad that hydraulic worked out. I was wondering if the ram being off center would cause binding...
Good for dirt bikes and four wheelers
Guys a tip instead of grease on the runners, you should run dry runners, use nylon shims, the grease will clog up the runners ❤
Awesome build. Glad to see you back.
Awesome build!!! Perfect for the mini Jeeps. Great job, Rudy & Zack.
Did you ever finish those tracks for the jeep, those would look good on this flat back. ❤🎉🎉
That would be sweet for delivering pallets and feed.
Yay!! A mini rollback for the mini jeeps!! Good job Zach & Rudy!!
So, is this a pinky tow truck? Pinky toe LOL It was so great to see and meet you & Janelle at the Offroad Games this week.
Great job on the mini rollback!! It looks really good!! You make it look easy to build things in your head and then actually get it built with your hands!! Can't wait to see it in action!
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
I would be willing to bet that was some supports and locks for those fold-down bedsides that you could increase the ability to haul different things with it. Pretty nice work guys
Almost seemed like a continued program of cletus and squirrel rebuilds the rollback.
Could be really useful in hauling bikes & quads off smaller trails.
Great toy. My only concern is the main ram not being centered. But other than that, well done.
Things I didn’t know I needed 😂
Awesome job guys.
One of a kind. It is sweet. Great job.
I guess Tonka toys need towing from time to time
Pretty dang good.👍
Dang Rudy been busy with the uploads. Love it man.
That's really cool ! Now after paint put a mini jeep on then put the mini roll back on a regular roll back for a size comparison or just side by side both with jeeps on
Rudy needs a funnel sponsor 😂
perfect for an ATV
Close. It's for MisAdventure Lab's mini Jeeps.
Good Work Hombre's Looks awesome!
I need one for my zero turn mower.😊
Love the look on Higgins face he wasn't taking the blame for nothing
Best thing youve done so far , plus other stuff, loving it, good job!
That Little Tow Truck Roll Back is AWESOME 👍👍👍👍👍
That thing is turning out awesome.
So two mini tow trucks at the off-road games yours and Peck Brothers tow truck awesome
Super cool build video, thanks
It could push snow pretty good I bet
That is so cool, the RudiRadWrecker. Rock on guys. Seriously you guys have the right mojo.
Awesome job!!!!
That is a very cool tow truck! You two did a great job on it!
You're making exactly what I want to haul my Can-am Ryker
Respect 🫡
Rudy you’re always happy just like Paul at fab rats. Cool job man.
Best of luck to you man.
Great job again.
After the last couple of pieces, it needs a custom Robby Layton paint job.
Don't forget to put in a socket for a winch pedestal on your deck. It's a double fairlead to change the angle of your winch line.
Awesome build!
I think you can probably call it the worlds smallest roll back. Its not really a wrecker, theres no boom!
Fabwork from scratch, Zack It's a process of redoing and redoing again...
I don't have a need for a truck like that, BUT I WON'T ONE! :} Great job
Awesome guy's
Now for a winch, and a all in one control switch
It will be AWESOME to see your dad's HEAVY WRECKER on the back of the TINY WRECKER!!!
Add Collapsible supports for the sides so the flat bed can be wider and haul UTV's wider than the truck.
Nice work Rudy!!
