@@JeffIsaac everything is brand new I turned the idle all the way down I made sure the backs are lined up and it still takes off I'm thinking maybe I should buy screws and weights to adjust it but I don't know where to get them
@@burtonexoticbullies.2313 I don't have a ton of experience with FL250s, but I do know that they will start to drive at idle, so I have always been told to have my hand on the brake when idling.
Kind of unrelated, but do you know how the clutch attaches to the shaft? I got a frame and parts and am trying to swap in a GX390 and I'm having trouble figuring out how to attach it. Thanks
Great video i just brought one and it makes my golf take off without me how can i stop it from engaging at idle?
Thank you! It sounds like the springs may be worn or broken, idle is too high, or the belt might be out of adjustment?

Was wondering how to tension the springs! Thanks!
Glad it helped!

To the crank shaft? It's a tapered shaft, so the clutch and crank have to have matching tapers for an interference fit.
Do you know where i can buy new rollers for that clutch ?
Unfortunately, I do not.
