Thanks for the video Seb! Making me want to re-think purchasing that journal but watching Kuo train also makes me re-evaluate how I train. Her focus is incredible and I love seeing her commitment during training and her fun side too.

Keeping a journal record of your training is vital to being a better weightlifter. I use one designed by my coach in CFI Weightlifting. Keep her lit, Seb - you're doing a great job...

Maybe but maybe not. Being a master technician is one thing. Being able to communicate and teach is a different animal. I'm a very proficient lifter but I'm definitely a better as a lifter than a teacher.

The Weightlifting House store should sell an “official half-filled water bottle for flipping” that weightlifters can use consistently to try to flip it upright in between sets. I’ve lost count how many elite weightlifters I’ve watched playing that game. In fact, they should start their own bottle flipping league/association.
