I showed up for work on a regularly scheduled work day and the doors were locked. I was told my employer has to pay me for this day. Would that be correct.? And in the recent past I was told I had to sign a voluntary early out list. - I did not voluntary out - I was forced out. Linda Lee

If an employee has worked a total of 95 hours in a 80 hour pay period aren't those 15 hours considered over time? How can those all be considered regular pay?

It's fun to out-skill higher ups in the employment ladder that lack basic knowledge about employment law.
