Last story, Uh, no OP is not a jerk. You don't bite the hand that is feeding you for free out of the kindness of their own heart. Pregnant or not, that was completely uncalled for.

Story 4: Did you ever think that the reason her parents put her out was her attitude and the fact she was legally an adult?

    Gotta love some malicious compliance.
Especially when the management has it out for you for absolutely no reason.
OSHA probably had a field day after you left

Story 1: A notebook full of OSHA violations??? Yeah that's not going to go to someone in the company. That's going to someone from OSHA. Sending it to someone in the company gets the manager in trouble. Sending it to OSHA get the entire company, who probably encouraged the manager, in trouble.

Story 4: I completely disagree. Your house. Your rules. it doesn't matter if she's pregnant. She shouldn't bite the hand that feeds her. That is 100% disrespectful. Hormones are not a valid excuse to be a B. Hormones are not a valid excuse for anything.

She seems completely entitled and rude, I guarantee she’d say the same thing if hormones weren’t involved. It’s just an excuse for her to act terribly then say it can’t be helped. And she calls herself a slave? What an out of touch little brat. If the treatment is so horrible, she can put her stuff in a box and find somewhere more suitable and pay her own medical expenses

I had always heard this phrase before but it never fully sunk in just how _true_ it is until I got my retail warehouse job. I love the work, it’s the first job I’ve ever felt good at and wanted to contribute to improving the processes.
However… the longer I stay there, the more I realize just how toxic the culture there actually is and now I’m beginning to resent my job 🙃

Story 1.) I’m actually on his side. I got tired of management selectively enforcing rules at McDonald’s. So after I got promoted to a Department Head making the only person I answered too was the GM. But at close I started throwing out ingredients and cases of food that expired or they make like 15 tubs of debt onions when realistically we go through maybe 10 a day and it only takes 2 hours to prep one so they wouldn’t need to be made all at once. So I tossed them because they’re good for 24 hours once prepped and they prepped stuff at 7 am. Lunch doesn’t start for 3 more hours at least. And yes, you can taste the difference. When the cooler wasn’t working and food was at 50 degrees when it should be 40 or below in the cooler, they didn’t toss the slivered onions when you could smell they were rotten in the cooler in their sealed bags. I tossed them all out. “But they were good for another week” No. they’re rotten and disgusting. Every little thing I made sure to do on my shifts. I marked everything the previous shift didn’t do and when the owners looked at it they saw that mine was WILDLY different from the rest who pretty much copy and pasted it. I threw them under the bus to osha labor board and department of health.

She may be pregnant, but her attitude and actions will still affect her the same way. If she wants to act up she can find her sorry butt on the streets. There are no pregnancy hormones to make you act like an utter bitch to one specific person. So OP is def not the jerk, the little miss I'm-so-pregnant-and-helpless is gonna find out the hard way what happens when you try to screw other people over out of very well deserved respect.

Story 4: I agree the younger girl is out of line. Your giving her a place to stay for free. If it keeps up I'd tell your son that if his girl can't fallow the house rules that the best thing would be for him and his girlfriend get their own place. Offer help with that if it had to come to that.

Story 1: How to make your business a lawsuit waiting to happen. As a rule one as an employee should never do more than the bare minimum.
Story 2: “Don’t tell me how to raise my kid!”. I don’t see any evidence of you “raising” your kid. They should report that dad for child neglect.
Story 3: Hah! This seems too hilarious to be true, but it’s possible. Either way, I like it.
Story 4: Have these people never heard of adopting out or “the other ‘a word’ choice”? The girlfriend is ungrateful trash. The husband and son are white knights (as is the narrator for taking the girlfriend’s side). Pregnancy hormones are no excuse for horrible behavior.

Pregnant girl. While I would do the same for my sons if such things would happen, I am also sure that my son is responsible enough in the first place to choose a decent enough girl.
However when I take someone in (and I have done so in the past), I am the one that makes the rules and my rules are absolute. You want your own rules, you get your own house. It is that simple.
My wife (and almost every responsible mother) worked throughout her entire pregnancy. Work means either earning money, keeping up the house or a combination of both in some form of mutually agreed balanced between both spouses. This girl is just irresponsible all the way through and it would simply mean from day one she would be in a rude awakening of responsible behavior befitted of a mother to be.

Story 4: I think it was this story i heard on another channel where it came out that OP had been truly horrible to the GF since she moved in (constant comments about her looks, making it clear she thought she was useless and ruined her son's life, saying she hoped she miscarried, nitpicking everything she did around the house until gf just started hiding in the room to get away from her, etc). In that case, i dont blame the gf for lashing out. I could be wrong, though, there are so many stories pretty much exactly like this one.

Story number four: Not the jerk. The entitled teenage girl living there rent-free under OP’s roof needs to learn not to bite the hand that feeds her. She's got a mouth, is rude, disrespectful and needs to know her place.
Perhaps had she been more responsible and taking the proper precautions, she wouldn't have been excommunicated from her parents’ house. I know it takes two to tango, but in this day and age there are many preventative measures a young sexually active couple can take to make sure they don't get hit with an unplanned pregnancy.

And then like yesterday in the second video of the day, they were like one or two other stories Steve told already.

I don't think the narrator understands what is going on I understand prego hormones alot because my sister is going through a pregnancy and she still can be the most well natured when she's tired so I don't think the girlfriend is acting based on pregi hormones she's probably doing it to get back the ok for making her clean her room (which my sister does without complaining)

Story 1: I wish more people realized how much actual power they had as employee's as long as they document document document EVERYTHING. A lot of employment attorneys work off contingency. Cause they know either way the company is either gonna get you out their face or settle or if went to trial most of the time they lose cause just about jury member in some form or rather has been screwed by an employer.
Story 2: Lawyer prolly realized after talking to employee the wall is not the responsibility of the Starbucks but the person who owns the sodding building.
Story 3: This is a good story. :D
Story 4: Both equally jerks. She's Pregnant cut her a damn break. We get it you don't like her. Kind of late now. Treating her like garbage will get you garbage back. And Trust me in saying if you want any sorta of relationship with your Grandkid you might wanna suck it up buttercup and deal with her. And she needs to chill out a bit and do what she can to help around the house.
