I've had this robot since it was released and I have it paired with Roomba S9+ and I love these machines! I've had no problems and I love the feature where it will mop right after vacuuming.
Hello, Just bought mine, wondering if i can substitute floor detergent? Or can I simply put water without the solution?
See this mop is good, but I would like to see an updated version that could actually scrub the floors. Similar to a narwal T10 and a Roborock S7

I've had mine for BARLY 2 weeks, and my ejection button broke off...can I call you guys and send me a replacement part? other than that I LOVE my M6
Does it suck up the water or just smear everything?That’s unsanitary. I wash/rinse my mop twice every time I mop. Or do you replace a pad and do it all over again?
Braava jet®, and Braava jet® m Series Robot Mops are designed for use with water or the iRobot Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaning Solution. Other cleaning solutions, even natural ones, can clog the spray nozzle, break down the materials inside the robot, and cause mobility and navigation challenges. As for the pad, they are interchangeable. Just attach a Braava jet® Cleaning Pad and the robot automatically selects wet mopping, damp sweeping, or dry sweeping.

Od roku walczę z iRobot, Brava zepsuła się pierwszy raz po możliwości rezygnacji z niego, zwykle ma problem z mapowaniem i notorycznie nie pryska wodą, aktualnie mamy już 5 robót zastępczy i czekam na jego reperację. STANOWCZO ODRADZAM!!!!!!!

The day they will come with 2 reusable mopping pads in the kit I will start thinking about getting one. Not interested by the disposable sweeping pad (already have i7) and the wet disposable as well. ;D At that price the kit shall include washable pads. All the stores near by me just selling the M6 you have to buy pads online only.
I have already sent the product in service, but no improvement. After finishing the cleaning as scheduled, the BRAAVA JET M6 returns normally to the base.And here's the strange thing ... When it hooks up to the HOME BASE to recharge suddenly, the water pump starts for two seconds as if it wanted to spray ?? ? Nothing comes out anyway ... But has never had this strange functioning ?? Usually the floor cleaning robot leans on the charging surface and emits the classic sound while it flashes white and the pump remains off ... a problem with the software or the defective pump?

They need to bring back their original model, the one that would sweep, scrub, and dry. It cleaned much better, and now other companies are following suit

I tried to put the mopping pads on. What a headache. Customer service in Pago-Pago where they were unintelligible did not help. I take it you do not take off the thing that they are wrapped in? You slide them into what? Does someone have a demonstration of this online?

Wow
Mop doesn't work very well in a real house, unless your house is a square with no furniture. Half the time the mop can't get off the docking station, 9 tries before it could mop the floor. Takes forever to map the house and it doesn't get it right, misses rooms. Gets lost and can't find the docking station to recharge and resume. Wouldn't waste my money on the mop.

I don’t know the outcome on this but i had a bit of similar trouble when i first got mine and after a call to irobot it now works fabulously. There support is excellent. I have a self dumping i6 vacuum as well same thing it works great. Only occasionally, maybe once every five or six full house runs, do i get a text where it needs help
Leaves streaks
Hi there. If your robot is leaving clean streaks on the floor after mopping, make sure you are either using water or iRobot® Hard Floor Solution in the tank. Unapproved cleaning solutions can cause this issue. Here's more information: bit.ly/3e7km4M.
Never again the M6. Not even 1 year old the wheels had to be replaced. 2 weeks after the first year warranty the complete device broke down. Sent it to the Irobot repair center and got a bill for 411 euro because it was self inflicted according to them because there was fluid in the unit (told them not to repair and just send the thing back to me). How can you get fluid in a MOPPING machine with normal usage lolz. Support did not want to tell me how this could be caused, the only thing they wanted to say is there was fluid and you have no warranty. So a E528 machine which works for 1 year and then no warranty. Never again!
Do not consider Braava jet m6! Not even regular roomba. My Braava under warranty and the company refuses to receive and repair Braava that has a malfunction with smart maps.
Product is $400 too expensive. I have had it for 16 days and it still cannot map accurately or find its way to the dock. POS. I am better off with a manual mop, quicker cheaper and more effective.

After 3 years of experience with this device hare is what I can say: Poor quality made. Hardly survived the guarantee period. Was on repair 3 tine during guarantee. Crushed 4 months after guarantee expired and was not possible to be repaired. Repair center asked me for 17 euro to tell me they can not fix it. My advice is - Look for mop from another brand. This one did not worth it.
