  • George's Spaghetti House was one of the most important jazz venues in Toronto and routinely featured the city's best jazz musicians. Lenny Breau played the venue many times during the late 1960s and early 70s leading his own groups and working as a sideman with others.
This recording features Lenny with drummer Jerry Fuller and bassist Billy Meryll whom Lenny once described as his favourite bass player. The performance took place a few months after Lenny had returned from Los Angeles where he recording his second RCA album: 'The Velvet Touch of Lenny Breau: Live!'
Mark Cohen, a student of Lenny's from Winnipeg was on hand to record this performance and took the photo of Lenny that is shown with the tracks.
