The Chinese guy trying to talk like an Aussie is one of the funniest things I've seen. I think the interviewer was just enjoying the show, that's why he kept asking him questions to hear his hilarious Aussie accent.
WHAT? He got charged $1000 and a 3 year exclusion period from Australia? That's all he gets for using a false birth certificate, illegal passport and lying to customs? No wonder people risk it, there's almost no punishment for getting caught!
It is just migration act actually he won’t allow any visa grant for ever
I would have charged them with Conspiracy to commit treason, possibly something from the espionage laws and keep them "oh, you want to live here? be our guest... we will be happy to have you stay here, we will even give you accommodation and security for free"
this was like almost 20 years ago, probs the punishment is way bigger now.

Australia has the most strict immigration in the world. They refuse people entry for minor misdemeanors etc.
@@CBe-ot8vuif you are brown, good luck when applying visiting visa to Australia..
These incidents brought back a rather traumatic experience of when I was a student in Australia many years ago. Halfway through my studies, I went home for the summer break. Before they allowed me to leave the country, I had to pay my University fees for the coming year before they extended the student visa. The student visa was attached to my passport, and there is a part on the visa that the immigration would tear off as I re-enter the country... As soon as I reached home, I was so exhausted that I threw my jean jacket on the couch with my passport in it and went to bed. When I woke up I found my jacket was gone. Mom picked it up and threw it into the washing machine. The passport was badly soaked but the student visa was still intact. I then went to the local immigration to get a new passport. But because I still had the re-entry student visa in the old damaged passport, they couldn't get rid of the old one. So they issued a new passport but stapled it together with the old one. I didn't know they could do that and the entire document looked really balky and awkward. When it came to the time for me to re-enter Australia, as soon as I reached Melbourne Airport, they brought me into the immigration room and began to question me with all sorts of questions. The reason why they were suspicious was because the new passport I was given was in fact the old design. You can tell that by the different sizes of the two stapled-together passports. In retrospect, I think the immigration back home was trying to clear all the leftover stocks of the old design and obviously I didn't have a clue. In fact, I thought the new passport was a new design since it came in a different size. Thank God I was able to answer all the questions by the immigration officer and eventually they let me go. But that incident stuck in my memory and whenever I watched Border Security, it always came back to me...
As a European when I flew to US I had only one credit card with me and legal papers.
