The meteor didn't land ON the Xenogard, the Xenogard was IN the meteor. Meteors can spawn one of three Aliens: in difficult terrains they spawn mighty Xenogard, in green areas they spawn the much smaller (and purpler) Xenovader and in Sakurajima they spawn the adorable and elegant (and powerful as quack) Selyne. You can ride Xenogard and Selyne (no, you don't get the lady of the moon to give you a piggyback ride - she simply allows you to ride her Crescent) but Xenovader is simply a hard worker - who just happens to be purple. Yes, I'm insisting on the purple bit. No, I don't know why.
So Floofy one, should I jump back in? I havent played since the original release but I enjoyed the heck out of it. In your opinion, is it better? Worse?
