Assaf Wodeslavsky I like how we go into the video thinking, cool, chaining two attacks together is awesome. End the video realizing it was actually 8 attacks with several that were split second choices between two options.
He did a cool halfguard sweep as well in that fight. He should show that as well since half guard makes life worth living.

If you haven't bought Danaher or Ryan's DVDs and enjoy those tips and tricks Gordon talks about, I highly recommend you buy their videos. One of the best things is they address all the main problems many bjj athletes having with finishing submissions, sweeps, etc at the higher level and how to fix these issues.

What can I do to improve my flexibility, I see how Bernardo sit on his legs so easily and confortable , I mean, his posture. That hurts a lot to me. I'm 35 years old.
I’m no expert but I’d just say continue stretching before rolls and don’t neglect stretching after or at night. That will make you less sore the following morning
