- Another vegan recipe. Today I will show you how to cook stir fry vegetables Thai style. Super easy to prepare and cook. This delicious veggies mix brings, in addition to the freshness of the stir fry vegetables, a bit of crunchiness with broccoli and cauliflower, but also some softness with the mushrooms. Add to that a yummy sauce, and you have an excellent vegan recipe!

INGREDIENTS
● 1 tsp White peppercorn powder
● 1 tsp Corn starch (Mix with some water)
● 1 tsp Sugar
● 2 tbsp Soybean sauce
● 2 tbsp Mushroom soy sauce
● 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
● 4 Baby corns
● 1 Carrot
● 1 cup Broccoli
● 1 cup Cauliflower
● 1/2 cup Sugar snap peas
● 1/2 cup Mushroom

Hello, yes you certainly can! You can also make stir fry Asparagus with mushroom, or Tom yum mushroom? Sounds nice as well!

Pad Pak Ruam is very popular in Thailand. It is very healthy and cheap. Use hot spices additionally, if you like.

Can you make something with ผักคะน้า, without meat?
I have one recipe that you can make it very easy, just stir fry kale with some oil and soy sauce
then sprinkle some crispy garlic on top, serve with steamed rice Yum! Perfect! 🤤🤤🤤
