Thai Style Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe - ผัดผักรวม | Thai Girl in the Kitchen

Another vegetable recipe to try, Mix Vegetable Stir Fry in Thai style with a little kick from chilis.
Crunchy, full of flavors and really easy to make.
Let's see the ingredients.

📒Recipe: Thai Style Vegetable Stir Fry - ผัดผักรวม
Vegetable choice does not have to be exactly the same as I am presenting.
The tip is to have variety of colors and textures.
In this video, I have separated the vegetable into 3 sets according to hard to soft textures.
Vegetable that I use:
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Button Mushrooms
- Baby corns
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- [Optional] 2 Chilis
Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce [Can be substituted with Maggie or leave it out. It's more for fragrance and Umami taste]
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
- Black/White Pepper
