    About Pai:
    Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the RUclips channel Pailin's Kitchen.
    Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
    After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via RUclips videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes.       That's very true. Don't buy one or two bulbs. I actually grind a lot and spare in a jar for a ten day use. Very handy.

      - Make grill garlic cloves and call it “earth fruit barbecue” (garlic kebab),
      - Add a ton of garlic in ground meat or poultry and call it “best selling burger of 2020”.

    Pad park ruam mit gave a whole new meaning to mixed vegetables. I can relate so well to that bag of frozen veggies. My grandma and my mom always used to boil the veggies along with potatoes to death. Pale, mushy and totally unappetizing. I remember 10-15 years ago, I prepared chinese beef with broccoli to my family and my dads first respons was: Why did you cook the broccoli so little? It's still hard. Luckily as time went by the understood that veggies should have a crunch to them.
