If anybody still struggling to learn bhopping the thing that helped me a lot was to decrease gravity with sv_gravity command, it became way easier to get down all the basics of bhopping, maybe it will help for someone too

tip: if you record with obs. you should increase the bitrate. makes the recording less laggier.

How much faster is this than regular running and jumping? I'm starting to be able to do it on 5/6 gravity so nearly there but I'm not sure if I could get it in a real run. Managed sub-20 when doing it wrong before so if it's a significant boost I may be looking at
