    I absolutely love this video!! It is so helpful, I was able to figure out how to use my machine correctly by watching a short tutorial on how to. I highly recommend watching this video if you have the same problem.

    Have I not listened properly. you mention snagging, not splitting

      @renateburns8840 thank you for your comment. I use the words snagging and splinting interchangeably, so to me they mean the same thing. My pegs snag/ split the yarn in those first few rows and this is the method I use to get it back up and over the pegs. I hope that's answered your question and that my method has solved the problem for you.
