I'm watching and I realise that the one thing we miss is the different smells of the soil and grass and the different trees and plants when you do your work. We had a small farm and I enjoyed the smell of the soil as I plowed and the birds that used to run behind the tractor squabbling over grubs and worms and whatever turned up.
For someone saying you was not going to do a finish grade you did a very good job .
cattle loading ramp
YAY! It was almost as fun to watch you play in the dirt!
I was pleasantly surprised. For a country boy ramp it was well put thought out and put together. Quite solid given it's age. You did a fantastic job of leveling it out. I bet where that water was standing that some of the previous dirt was used on that ramp given it's proximity. See you on the next one.
I always watch all your videos - I don't always leave a comment. I will say that I am always impressed by the level of knowledge that you have and that it seems to me that every job you do, it is quality work and you do more than required. You are knowledgeable, accommodating and your goal is to do what your client has asked plus a little bit more. You look at a job and figure out the best way to accomplish it and it shows in the final product. Kudos to you. I hope your life is working out better for you, I know you went through a difficult time when your girlfriend died suddenly. I hope you are getting your life back on track and I wish you only the very best.
Glad you had fun Davin!
I normally don’t like the in-cab go pro shots but for moving dirt it is much more enjoyable. Do more of these jobs! 🔥👌
Great job, Davin! That area looks really nice now. I do remember what the property looked like in the beginning and it was a mess! You and the owner have worked hard and it shows. 😊
Yeah it was an old ramp for loading or unloading livestock! Great job Davin!
Well, that was fun to watch, thank you !
ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO DAVIN 😊
I hope you enjoyed doing dirt work as much as I did watching you. You need more of that kind of work.
Looks like someone wanted to build a motorcross track at one time.
Very respectable result, all you need to do is light rake and throw down some peas to build the nitrogen.
Looks to be a makeshift loading ramp. Just spreading and failing into the field. Good to get it gone.
Looks brilliant. Well done. Bet the owners pleased.
That was for loading trucks back in the day
Dang, son, you left him in good shape even if he did want to sow grass! Yes, it's scarified from the teeth, but it's so flat, it looks like you vacuumed a room and left patterns in the carpet from the sweeper! Good job!
Nice demo work with the mini. Almost didn't drop anything in the water. LD18-class work there. For what it is worth on ASV and dirt work, the ONE local outfit I know of using ASV does indeed use theirs for dirt work and landscaping. They've got the very small one and it lets them get into very tight spaces. They love it. Everybody else is using Cat or Deere, Bobcat or Kubota, but Takeuchi is literally half or more of what I see. Not sure if they're just cheaper than anyone else or last longer or what. Whatever gets the job done.
Dude you crushed that! Great job!
That turned out perfect for a field. He can level it out easily with a disc. You did a great job.
Just what you want a nice easy job for a change great video Davin
Davin, for someone who doesn't work much in the dirt you did a great job. God Bless.
I had one of those ramps built for my two ton truck
Very relaxing and enjoyable. ✌️🇱🇷
Maybe the ramp was part of a military riding training ground.
Man, it's so weird to hear the ASV inside without the "Wrrrrrrrrrrrr!" of the mulcher or brush cutter!
More job diversity. Wonder if the water hole will sink in after a big rain? Thanks for another great video!
hello Davin & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Davin Friends Randy
I'd love to know who built this thing in the first place & why! It looks more like a bunker than some kind of m/c jumping platform. If you ever find out WTH that was for & who built the thang, please let us know! You did a great job dismantling it!
Looks like new money!
Chris from LD18 would nod with approval.
Nice easy job, looks great.just keep doing your thing.great video 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Enjoyed the video Daven, as you said, Something different. Great job BTW
It looks really good now. Great job.
Great work as always dude!
Good job brother! Thanks for sharing Davin! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸✌🏻🙋🏼
Nice dirt work Davon!
Looks good.
Reminds me of a New England loading ramp.
I saw a video on u-tube a guy modify a quick clamp for connecting and disconnecting the hidrolic lines on a skidsterre 😊
Always enjoy your expertise and content, nice work!
Good job! Looks good. Glad you got to play in the dirt for a change! LOL!
Dirt track flabed trucks loaded their cars quickly, some tracks had one or two of them for rapid unloading .
There aren't many loaders that will lift the bucket when the bucket teeth are jammed into the base of a solid pile like that. Better to roll the bucket and lift with less forward pressure on the bucket.
Blimey, didn't really appreciate just how much dirt was in that thing until you started to tackle it with the skidsteer.
Looks like some of Letsdig18 dozer time he gave you paid off haha
Great work!
Hi there Good job have good day and happy day be safe
Hope you got your squeak sorted soon it’s driving my Doberman insane 😂
I hate snakes but so glad you saved this one. Was about to subscribe to another digger man when he threw a snake 🐍 into the blades. 😮
You're machine is making. funny noise
Looks like Lincoln logs
12:52 Is that one of those buckets you have to use every day to keep it working??? :D

Looked like good fun 👏👌☺️🏴
👍
Was that the first snake of the season?
It looks like grandpa built some heavy duty sh!ot.
totally enjoyed. you are such an expert operator on all those machines. your daddy taught you well. wish you were in NM, my son wants a buried pool in his back yard taken out. previous owner just covered it with dirt. think its a roach hotel, lots of them.
$2k an hour….easy money……
I don't want to guess how much the initial cost is of those things, then the insurance for all of it (liability, etc.). I'm sure all that eats up a good deal of the $.
✌🏻😎
