A option the fucking devs could have put into the game would be instead of choosing to save the queen or save the korgan company. Would be have the korgans fall back to the queen buying time as they fall back and everyone escapes all together but noooooo someone has to fucking die lol.
IcedBroom Yeah and why? If the Krogan company (Aralakh company) pulled back to Shepard to help her protect the queen then the Rachni would`ve easly killed the queen. Not only are there swarmers and husks that can overrun them but they do have those Grunt fights during his sacrifice and they could`ve easly bombarded the queen with their grenades. Therefore someone had to stay in that hellhole to keep the Rachni back while the queen made her escape. Or else she would`ve been blown to hell.
I cried a lot at the end of this mission. I really, really thought Grunt is dead and I needed half an hour to calm down, even after I saw he's alive. This was just too much for me.
Actually, if you save the queen in ME1, she'll help you out. If you DIDN'T save the queen in ME1, than her replacement will betray you. Also, if Grunt was loyal in ME2, he'll automatically survive this mission regardless of what decision you make. Also, saving the queen only subtracts 25 points from Aralakh company, giving you a total of 175 points from this mission if you save the Queen in both ME1 and ME3 and won Grunt's loyalty in ME2, as opposed to only 100 if you let her die.
It changes it a lot, if you save the queen she stays loyal to your cause (if you save her) if not it'll be a replicant Queen who will betray you (if you choose to save her) :)
Oh my fucking god I thought Grunt died!!! D: Just...the pat on the shoulder, the "Go-I'll hold-them-off" line, and the dramatic music made everything seem like this was gonna be Grunt's last stand! I got so sad and then seeing him at the end made all the feels go away :D
@@Cthulhuwarlord If you make some wrong choices during the suicide Misson squad mates can and will die , there are walkthroughs for who is best for each part but to keep all your squad mates alive you wanna have everybody loyal.
Its funny how the other Krogan (if Grunt died in the past game) really has this dramatic death scene here, while Grunt just seem to be having the time of his life, I mean seriously we all still had a belt of grenade's, but instead grunt went to "hold them off" by himself, pretty sure he just did it for fun.
Krogan rapid healing might have something to do with the ability to convert fat stored on back to rebuild damaged tissues at a rate hundreds/thousands of time faster than human
His plates look more fused than before. I wish I could see him fully matured. Here's hoping there's gonna be a new game in the future. And that it isn't placed a jillion years into the future. Damn endings.

well in both grunt holds the line and only survives if he is loyal form ME2, and you get the same amount of war assets either way (aralakh company is 75 if if queen was left to die, while saving the queen gives you 100 with rachni workers for the crucible but takes 25 off aralakh company)
I lost so many people tried to do a speed run before mass effect3 because i just got into Mass effect about 2 weeks before ME3 came out so only Tali, Miranda, and whatever the Justicars name is. plus the only people i cared about were Tali Garrus Ashley and Liara

I always thought the Rachni were too dangerous, but a full Paragon run is one where every species lives. Plus, Grunt by himself is worth half the company.

Yes to save Mordin Wrex must die in mass effect 1 and you must destroy the data in Mordins loyalty mission if you do that then the Krogan Female Eve will die and you must not tell Wreav and Eve about the sagatoge and you must choose a paragon speech check.
Save her: Gain Rachni Workers [+100 War Assets], lose Aralakh Company [-25] Leave her: No Rachni Support [-100], Gain Aralakh [+25] Grunt: Krogan boost & Aralakh boost [+25 each], if Grunt is loyal and they survive get extra boost to Aralakh [+25] Best option: Grunt loyalty in ME2, then Save Rachni Queen. You get +150 (saving her, plus 2 boosts from Grunt) with only a -25 (Aralakh Company wiped out) meaning you get a total +125 boost

If you didn't complete Grunts loyalty mission and if he survived in mass effect 2 and when you see grunt again he will die in mass effect 3 if you didn't complete his loyalty mission in mass effect 2 so there you go.
Could be because Female Sheperd voice acting is far far superior to the monotone voice acting for male shep. The VA for maleshep improved a lot in ME3 compared to ME and ME2. But still really bad in comparison to femshep.

Yeah, the new queen will kill the Alliance Engineering Team and cost you 130 war assets
