I really loved how they did him in remake. I liked his personality in advent children, but I've always felt like he was supposed to have changed somewhere between the events of the original game and that movie. All in all, I love how they emphasized his personality in remake and maintained his seriousness and malice from the original game.
Broo, injustnhad an epic experience playing this boss fight for the first time. Both Barret and Cloud were triangled and I didn't know how to get them out cuz I had nothing lol. Then tifa's ult happened, it hit cloud by accident and freed him. I was like HOOLD ON. But yeah, I ended up losing that fight anyway. I was able to defeat him the next time by using the strategy. It was a really fun experience tho.
You know, classic RPGs have their own charm and all, but the Remake version of this scene is WAY superior. The dread and spice is way bigger and more imposing. Such a cool moment was properly brought back.
So that's what's have to do i bought the game for ps4 two days ago and I am on reno fight I didn't know I could get rid of the triangles just by hitting them
Reno in his first appearance: Cool, total professional. Commits genocide. Is a clear threat to the party. Advent Children: Total dumbass. Tifa treats him like a dear friend despite him killing all of her friends like it was nothing.
AC is just a piece of fan service crap. Story uninteresting and straightforward. Fight with the big monster like a One Piece story (exactly the same way when jumping up the tower with everyone's help). Sephiroth turns up like an instant noodle, saying a hi and bye and done almost nothing apart from slicing a few buildings with no one live in it.
@@greenkingdomhk AC was hype when it was released due to many fan services. But in retrospective, I have more regard for Spirit Within as it's full of the elements to be a good film rather than just a compilation of Fan Services to satisfy Otakus.
It's hard to explain, but despite being the occasional comic relief, I feel like OG Reno was more... malicious. He wasn't the typical hot-headed slapstick anti-hero that he's become. For one, he seemed much older (in his late 20s or early 30s) and more mature than his newer incarnation (who seems like a kid). He didn't wear anime goggles, he just wore his shades up like some kind of sleazy corporate gangster. He didn't have a fancy special suit that was tailored to match his personality, he was just too much of a facetious asshole to tuck his shirt in. He didn't have villain's remorse, he flippantly murdered an entire sector's worth of innocent people without a moment's hesitation.
They did a good job on making Reno as the way he's supposed to be in the Remake not that comic relief we seen in advent children
Guess since Quinton Flynn was voicing him they wanted him to be humorous like he is as Axel from Kingdom Hearts.

Best Moment Of Cloud, Barret, And Tifa

Oh yeah, you just smack those triangles and you free up your party members. Same thing in the remake.
@@rvlast thank you hopefully I get the remake for my birthday next month
Oh. So you do fight Reno in the Original. I could’ve sworn I heard somewhere that you didn’t.
Not at the church. In the remake, you fight him there but originally, you don't.
Who’s here because of FF7 Remake 2020?!?!
I'm here to bleach my eyes after watching the dumpster fire that was Advent Children.

I knew what to do with the triangle right the way from playing the original
It's fairer in the remake because you can destroy or avoid the pyramid before it catches you.
I got the ps1 reboot tgat comes with 20 games and this is one of the. Im so stuck on this part
I just bought the original FF7 but do u fight rude later in the original or nah
In this video, you only fight Reno while in the remake, you fight both Reno and Rude. You do fight the Turks later when you get out of Midgar.
had no clue u could attack the pyarmids lol
cool boss fight i love fighting the turks
Played this part last night as a PS1 Classic on my PS3. Wanted to b*tchslap Tseung after he slapped Aerith like that. 😤🤬
Lol
How is this better than metal gear solid
