This Bentley Bentayga Truck started overheating randomly almost immediately after startup. It turns out there's a Common Issue on all Audi 4.0 Turbo cars; and this problem is caused by a secondary cooling system control that can cause major damage to an expensive engine... Hey Sam, I used to be a VAG tech, what usually causes these control valves to fail is actually small amounts of coolant leaking from the water pump through the vacuum port. When replacing them in cases not covered by bulletins I used to carefully check the valves and the vacuum hoses for residue, so make sure your water pump isn’t leaking as well!
I read VAG tech and had a minor stroke before I realized what it a stood for.
I was like "What in the Onlyfans!?"

They can be great, reliable and even powerful cars, like the SHO. But I can't stand when people leave the A pillar lights on and keep the black and white panels... I can usually spot them from pretty far away on the highway and usually lead the way by passing them at speed so other people realize it's not actually a police officer, which is fun, but annoying being stuck behind a train of cars thinking it's a cop ahead of them...
Hard pass. Having to do the speed limit everywhere you go for the rest of your life cuz everyone thinks it’s a cop? No thank you.

These type of videos with human connection are not common anymore. A little bit of humor, friendship, family themed is what makes a good video. Samcrac is one of those unique auto vloggers. I don't even care about the cars even if it is very very informative. It's the story embedded in the repairs. Samcrac's one of my favorites even if I have to wait for weeks coz I know he doesn't want to make random vids just for clout. He makes stories.

Sam, I made my first million when I was a younger salesman buying police cars , going to the wrecking yard an buying complete interiors out of same model wrecked high line cars, sometimes I’d buy the nice wheels also. When finished an for sale, I could tell people it was a police car and they didn’t believe me. I’m 70 yrs old an there’s a cop Tahoe disassembled all over the back yard right now. Going to the yard tomorrow looking for black leather , I’ll think I’ll keep this one for a driver.

Walking into the Atlas after the Bentley the first thing I noticed was the cool screen but besides that all them plastics and grays and blacks, big difference in a Bentley everything had opulence to it versus plastic and simple colors

0:28 the charge cooler hose has destroyed itself and your supercharger has zero coolant possibly you need to get that hose fixed and top off coolant asap

When I first seen the plastic hose on the plastic fitting I thought get a wrench or pliers down there to twist it to break it loose, but that might not fit, then my next thought would have been a small flathead screwdriver that you can slip in with your hand and get behind where the back of the rubber meets the other end and pry from there
I also found when they put to many plastic parts in the engine its not a good idea

As owning a Bentley and a Ford Police Interceptor at the same time, I can tell you that both get a lot of attention but more so the Police Interceptor. There are positives and negatives to both on how you get treated on the road. The negative was so bad with the Interceptor I decided to get rid of it.
My son has the Atlas sel 4 motion ‘21 the best hands down. Bought brand new. All the bells and whistles. I thought it would be problematic ( back in the day Jettas🙄) it is perfect 7 seater second row captain seats. Soo spacious. And it Takes Regular gas . My 2019 Acura tech is premium only. Every bit helps. The atlas has great pickup for it to be a heavy truck but drives like a car.Thanks for sharing.

take a close look at that first vacuum hose before you took it off. It looks like it had a small split in it. That might be the issue!
