The best part is that the Doctor wasn't even trying to kill Rick. He was playing defensively the whole time and only allowed Rick to get himself killed.

Well the doctors absolute best weapon is essentially being granted the power of the multiverse and becoming as close to omnipotent as you can without being omnipotent but I mean that unfair against almost anyone.

I actually did the math to how much time it takes to watch every episode, and it came around to 12 days with no sleep or breaks
As someone who doesn’t watch both shows, the result is an absolute win.
The doctor is actually much much older than 2,000 years old and is technically the source of the timelords power
Doctor Who the show actually turns 60 tomorrow (which for me is in just over 5 minutes). The next season will be the 40th total.

Rick did not fail due to not using his own weapons. Those weapons were being hacked by The Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver. Rick lost to superior knowledge, greater skill, (much) more experience, and better overall technologies. The fact that most of the Doctor's tech are not weapons changes nothing. Also, the Doctor is a passificist, which changes nothing.
If anything, its more impressive the body count the doctor has while being a pacifist. Rick gives very little shits and has pretty much no hope of reaching the amount of bodies the doctor has racked up.
The Doctor from the show is a nerfed version of the doctor…the doctor from comics is way too overpowered it wouldn’t have even been a fight.
And no ship I know could beat the TARDIS. And I know a lot of sci-fi & games.
Also the time lords are like the most broken Sci-fi race ever

My one issue with this is the Dematerialization ray, i know it can wipe a being from every conceivable timeline and does it without paradoxes, but given "timelines" and "dimensions" are two different concepts and the fact that Morty still exists implies it only erased Rick C-137 and all alternate timelines of his but not every Rick from the multiverse. I mean for Morty to still exist means Rick Prime has to still exist or existed. Meaning he was not effected by the ray. Also the fact Rick was able to return as a hologram implies he did get revived in an alternate Project Phenix. He just don't exists anymore in his own timelines/dimension.
But he still died, so technically, the Doctor wins

If the doctor REALLY wanted, he can either just keep tracking rick and killing him, or honestly just shut off the whole thing all together like Evil morty did. You've seen the show right? Rick doesn't take security seriously he assumes everyone is too stupid.

The only thing that the D-Mat erases is the person it hits. Everything that was created by him, or influenced by him, continues to exist. They just have no memory of Rick. That's why Morty doesn't remember who built the ship, but the ship is still there. (Otherwise the causality disruption might collapse the multiverse.) That's also why the hologram of Rick persists, because it isn't Rick, Rick just created it.
I see a "i told you" smile ^^ ho and the doctor destroyed all the rick's weapons so it was his Last option

Didn't they do a episode specifically with two Dragon Ball characters in it? Something that no other series has the privilege of doing?
@AscendedEmperor Actually, there are a few other series that have had that honor. Pokémon, TMNT, and Mega Man have all had battle royales within their franchise, and fellow Rooster Teeth series Red vs. Blue has even had two such battles.

Está bien, DB no mencionó que Rick tiene químicos y algo de magia en su arsenal, pero igual seguiría en ventaja el británico, digo, el doctor puede ver el futuro, pasado o ambas y hallar la manera de contrarrestar o evitar el contacto con los químicos. Además, ¿Acaso los fans de Rick y Morty olvidaron que Rick ya ha sido derrotado muchas veces por rivales del mismo calibre o superior a Rick?. Más si tomamos en cuenta que él es impulsivo gracias a su ego mientras el doctor es una persona calmada, calculadora y más inteligente. Esta idea de duelo básicamente el doctor lo tendría contra las cuerdas a Rick.

I grew up loving Doctor Who but I hated what the Head writer Chris Chibnall did. In my opinion he ruined Doctor Who especially episodes that prove that like Timeless child. All that episode did was make William Hartnell not the first doctor and made the doctor not born on Gallifrey. I like to imagine after Peter Capaldi regenerates he turns back into David Tennant because I love to imagine the Chris Chibnall era never existed.
