To everyone who is looking to do this swap, you can use an updated turbo on an older model and it will work, but make sure you have the adapter
Another thing is an aftermarket actuator from city diesel will work with it. And it pairs with it pretty good.

How does the Fleece compare to a BD Screamer or ATS Aurora 3000/4000? My OEM turbo will need replacement due to a failed actuator (I can't get the last bolt out to remove the actuator and check the turbo vanes for sticking, so given that I have 140k miles on the truck, going for a new turbo anyway).
I like that the ATS is pretty much an all-new charger, compared to BD/Fleece being reman units. You say Fleece will have a slight spool lag on a stock truck (mine is stock at the moment), yet in your ATS video I don't recall any talk about any driveability issues with the Aurora series, another thing pushing me towards ATS. Finally, in your ATS video you claimed a 3-year warranty on the ATS products, but the ATS website shows a 2 year warranty. Maybe a mistake in your video, or has something changed at ATS?
I don't see anything on your YT channel about the BD stuff, any experience with their products? Thanks.

All good chargers, they truly are but yes the ATS is the only true new charger of that group. And yes ATS website is incorrect, VFR warranty is 3 years. I didn’t do justice on my statement of the spool compared to stock. The stock charger is smaller so the difference is there, however it is very minimal. It is overshadowed, on all of the chargers, with the pickup on top end. Towing with all of these chargers is great along with everyday unloaded streetability.

You say great for emission on, but what about no emissions?

Can you remove the silencer ring easily? Love functionality but I love turbo sounds as well, On the Reg turbo you have to drill it out, does this just pop out?

The whistle is noticeably louder before removing it through the rpm, especially if you have a straight pipe

Will not be an advantage to this turbo and will void warranty.

Whats different with the actuator? On the stock he300vs, the vains get clogged and fries the actuator. Does the Cheetah fix that? And if so how?

Does the Cheetah have more power than OEM? If I need to replace mine, why would I use a Cheetah if there isn't any advantage?

Actuator and everything is the same it has been?

If it was doing that before, suspect wiring harness.
