Explain why in your other video to avoid living in San Marcos, Vista, and Carmel Valley?

I mention the negatives about those areas in that video. Each area has its own positives and negatives which we explain in basically all videos we make

Hello Nick! I just found you on RUclips after I relocated to San Diego. Do you have any video-taking about affordable housing or job-related issues? I fell in love with San Diego 15 years ago. Until I decided to move there and start a new one. However, I'm just moving on with My car and personal items. No job either. But I'm not worried because I'm a hustler.
Look forward to hearing from you. Have a nice day!🙂

If SD is so expensive and reserved for rich folks only, how people with retail, restaurant, beauty industry, education jobs live there? Where?

I love the older homes, apartments, condos and wish they wouldn't "upgrade". Can't stand today's styles and buildings - just plain awful and boring, depressing, square, boxy, ugly with no workmanship or culture or creativity or detailing. Grey only belongs on battleships. Black is stupid in a hot sunny climate. Bright, cheerful colors are best. Every place you look at has the horrible "upgrading" which ruins it and jacks up the price. I chose my place cause it wasn't upgraded and had all the features I wanted and NEEDED. Price was less too. 50s - 80s were best. Everything started going downhill in the 90s. This new stuff has totally ruined whole neighborhoods. So sad.

I agree, I dig the older neighborhoods/homes a bit more. It adds a lot more character and charm
