    This is the best fucking performance of this piece i've seen so far and it came from a public piano, it was a free performance but the true value was huge

      Funny thing is the middle section has its own technical parts that can be hard to get right lol. I'm learning this piece right now.

    those people didnt need to pay for ticket! Thats always a bonus. Tough piece to play, you need almost a 2nd brain for alternate rhythms.

    Wow. You TRULY get it. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL touch and use of pedal. Nice expression too, and very accurate :) I also love your dynamic variation in the main, minor melodic sections.

At the end of the 1960s, his father Gunārs Šimkus was a famous Latvian musician and composer - the founder of the first Latvian rock group "Katedrāle". "Katedrāle" recordings have been lost so far.
