I cringe at the thought of demolishing this big beautiful comfortable house with its huge rooms. Why?? Id rather live in this 60’s house than a 2020’s house. It would have been cool to see in its original state. Lots of cool light fixtures. Most homes were built to withstand a bit more time and i couldnt see any damage to this one. Such a shame. Than you Ethan for sharing this fine house before it meets its untimely end! Take care be well and stay safe!
This is the home of someone pretty well off for the time. The walkout basement is beautiful. I would love to have seen the original kitchen. Thanks for taking us along
Sometimes it really grinds my gears seeing a beautiful home like this not being lived in. I would love to own a home just like this. There's not much at all I'd change about it. I love it. The more modern homes of today lack personality and charm. This house is amazing. I hope it gets another shot at life some day.
I think this house had an auction inside of it at one point - that's why you're seeing papers with numbers and the note on that left bedroom about "Not For Sale - Do Not Enter" ( which was probably a room full of things they wanted to keep )
This does look like an awesome house I love going with you Ethan to abandon house hunting ❤and of course I bet the backyard is beautiful as all these abandoned homes seem like they have a very massive backyard or very good landscape❤❤
Ethan, you have been finding some very cool houses for us recently, thank you. This house is huge! It would work for a big family or people who hosted a lot of parties. I still haven’t figured out the window from the kitchen to look out over the spiral stairs. I can see a bunch of updates that were done in the 80’s and 90’s, maybe even later.
Ethan! I usually always watch your videos when the release. I got really busy at work and ended up missing quite a few ☹️ I did binge watch a bunch of your videos and man I missed your videos!!!! ❤ keep up the great work!
I absolutely love this vintage home!! The enormous amount of space is incredible!! There are so many amazing features, and so much to love! Super cool find and explore!! 🤟✌️
Love love love this house! And, but yes, I would've loved to have seen the original kitchen, although I do love it the way it looks now-remodeled at some point.
The Ganz company also distributes decorative household items like dishes, ceramics, purses, etc. The company contracted with artists like Laurel Burch designs. Gang products are featured in many gift stores and are often collectible!
I liked this one a lot and loved the natural setting with the feeling of the outside coming in. Great Modernist vibe. It should have a preservation order on it.
Beautiful home, beautiful property. I love the windows & the view. I love the glass doors too. That wooded room looked like an office. I wish you would of showed a close up of the bathroom floor, of the last bathroom you filmed. It was cool & looked retro, like it was from the 60's.
Now these people who originally built and owned this home were definitely super wealthy. The standard and features are very high end for the period. It’s fantastic. I wish I could find something similar here in New Zealand 🇳🇿
When I looked at this house from the front it look, you know I’m not that big, but when we looked at it from the back, it was huge beautiful house I loved it
Hey Ethan another great adventure .. such a beautiful home ! You did a magnificent job as you always do .. I really enjoyed this one ... Your New York Fan 👍🙏🇺🇸
great home Ethen the was the only thing that looked updated all the other rooms stood back in time can't get over the size of the deck but thanks for showing another home see you in the next one
Noah found dishes still in the dishwasher. Plus he opened the fridge, he should have had you open the fridge, you like that like walking into cobwebs. :))
Hey 👋🏼 i think it would be even more cool if you would focus on some of the personal items laying around house when you do your walk through's, like the stuff that was under the bathroom sink, I'm pretty sure some of is interesting to look at 👀 and hey, if you'd rather not touch it, just bring some gloves 🧤
Here’s an interesting piece of trivia. Some more progressive real estate agents do not refer to rooms as the Master Bedroom as it dates back to slavery days. Nowadays they refer to that room as the Primary Bedroom. Neat eh! I’ve just recently been binge watching you channel. You’ve got a good thing going here. It’s addictive.
Ethan, I'm curious to know if you have to obtain permission from someone to go in and tour these abandoned homes? Also wondering what State these are filmed in. I am enjoying the tours. Nancy, Maine
Ethan, why you always have to give priority to the other guy. The other guy should have some respect for you and also make adjustments while making the video. I enjoy watching your videos. 🥰
I like your tours mostly but I do get frustrated when you stop to look at insignificant things like paper on shelves or sea shells on shelves instead of concentrating on the architecture or history of the house itself.
Love older homes. Well built. Sad they knock them down.

Wug . What a house , the reck room , the kitchen , all big & spacious & also the " mother of all decks " .
That was fun , thanks .
Later Ethan 👍
Love this house!I would move into in a minute.Nothing seems wrong with it.Hope they do not tear it down.
All the natural light coming in I'm sure this home was full of good memories.

beautiful piece of property!
the deck is sick, big!
This home reminds me of some of the homes i used to clean In Atlanta, Georgia! It brings back memories!

I love this house I would love to fix it up and live in it ❤

Awesome huge deck and I loved that purple bathroom
What a fun video to watch! Thanks ya!
Very beautiful house Ethan and thank you for sharing 👍❤️😎

The kitchen at 29:56 definitely looks mid to late 90s. The master bath was redone in the late 90s or 2000s, the master toilet was unused looking!
Yawn

Nice house 🏠🏡🏠🏡🏠🏡
i really like the house, the view from the deck very nice thank you Ethan 👍❤️🇺🇸
This is a cool house. Thanks for sharing
That deck!!! Imagine all the parties!! Privacy!!❤❤❤ Such a shame they demolish Gems like this!!!😢😢😢
Love the new kitchen
I grew up in an A-Frame, built in the 1960s!
I like the kitchen 😊
Love this house!❤🎉
Another nice one love the deck
Nice house
The upper house is better than the bottom house. This is a huge house that keeps going, I didn't think it would be this nice judging from outside
Love love love this house! And, but yes, I would've loved to have seen the original kitchen, although I do love it the way it looks now-remodeled at some point.
Nice kitchen
Hey Ethan what an awesome 60s home!
I'm surprised that you didn't find the secret room.
This home is beautiful!, I could easily live in it as is. This is my favorite home that you've ever shown. Lovely home 🎉❤🎉
Love this house, especially the kitchen! Beautiful property too! Awesome video as always Ethan! 👍👍❤️🤘
Beautiful home! So sad to see it go. See you on the next one!
The Ganz company also distributes decorative household items like dishes, ceramics, purses, etc. The company contracted with artists like Laurel Burch designs. Gang products are featured in many gift stores and are often collectible!
Pretty cool home.
I'm like you, I have to close cupboards and draws, it irritates me if they left opened😁🙂
HI ETHAN ❤❤❤ LOVE YA
I am absolutely in love with this house, wish it could be saved instead of being destroyed
I liked this one a lot and loved the natural setting with the feeling of the outside coming in. Great Modernist vibe. It should have a preservation order on it.
What a nice house i like this so sad that they did that to the stairs but what you gonna too do but the rest of the house is nice
Hi Ethan!❤

There’s a lot of storage
Very nice home for whoever lived there. Loved all the trees and the vine on the back wall. Thank you for sharing Ethan 😊
It looks to me like someone tried to swing from the light in the foyer and fell through the banister.
Such a beautiful house! It's sad 😢 that it isn't a home anymore for a family.
Another great tour. Awesome house. Vandalism is horrible. Thanks Ethan Minnie ♥️🤗
If a corporation buys land it's not for a house but a office building or factory some time in the future
Now these people who originally built and owned this home were definitely super wealthy. The standard and features are very high end for the period. It’s fantastic. I wish I could find something similar here in New Zealand 🇳🇿
this should be a good one, My Friend
It's almost ready to move in. One washer and dryer shows there is too much space to occupy, and that's why mansions are never really a cozy home.
Hi Ethan! I loved this house! Sad it has to go. Thanks for sharing. On to the next!
Happy weekend Ethan, you find such awesome places I love this one ❤
The smaller staircase is the servants one I believe ❤ I’m loving your videos! I live on Oahu and there’s nothing like these here!
Fantastic find ethan! Thanks.😢😮😅😊
I forgot to say thankyou for all your hard work finding and showing us these places ❤
Oh man I would love to have that deck
great home Ethen the was the only thing that looked updated all the other rooms stood back in time can't get over the size of the deck but thanks for showing another home see you in the next one
I love that house is awesome!!! I wish i had a place like that with that beautiful yard too ❤
Hate it when they demolish beautiful homes!
Hey Ethan..you found some cracking houses lately 👌...this one is huge...some nice features ...keep doing what you do Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋
Beautiful home, I’d move into it. Hope they save it and not tear it down.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Ethan 👍✌️
Great content! What town is this located in? Curious, thanks.
Noah found dishes still in the dishwasher. Plus he opened the fridge, he should have had you open the fridge, you like that like walking into cobwebs. :))
I would buy and live in this house exactly as it is. Such a shame if they tear it down.
I did not see anything in the intro about the price of the house. How much was this house and or property originally?
This house was interesting. Different features. I have to wonder if an architect designed this house or built per clients specifications?

Neat 😀

I hope when they demolish the house they save the cabinet’s so they can be resold. There’s too much beautiful wood in that house to demolish.
That room was dark. I'd paint all that paneling white and get a lot of lighting going on.
Sup from Kentucky❤

Kitchen definitely remodeled and possibly within the last 20 years.
Maybe the light fell from up above? Pretty high up there-
3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath
It is increasingly obvious that someone was trying to remove the chandelier and they fell, probably to their death!
Still a very nice home. Shame so many of them are being demo-ed. But I guess money talks. Thanks for video was a nice tour.
16:27 that is Sean P. Diddy Bay oil 😂
Kitchen 50 K easy
Ethan, why you always have to give priority to the other guy. The other guy should have some respect for you and also make adjustments while making the video. I enjoy watching your videos. 🥰
Bedrooms (sans master bedroom) are very bland and unimpressive compared to the living room and downstairs party rooms. Bathrooms nice.
❤🤩👍🍀💚✨
DNA on the mirror
You could fit in that big shower 🚿
“Mansion”?
Ummmmm....🤔
Your back and forth movements are so quick and make me dizzy. Otherwise, cool videos.
Never seen blinds? Pull the cord and they will raise up
I like your tours mostly but I do get frustrated when you stop to look at insignificant things like paper on shelves or sea shells on shelves instead of concentrating on the architecture or history of the house itself.
