It has modern radiators installed so it's not been abandoned that long. It will belong to someone. And, as has been mentioned it has solar panels on the roof - so it can't have been empty for too long.
Yes you could - if you had a lot to spend! NOT Georgian though. All the mouldings and cornices are LATE 19th. century. Looks like several 'refurbishments - metal windows, central heating and wiring! Lovely surroundings - great for WFH.
I agree it’s not Georgian ; at least not originally The property itself may be earlier than Georgian but the refurbishments and alterations are so many and various. I see 19th century, I see marble I see . 1920’s. 1940’s, 1980’s and I suspect someone tried in recent decade to restore and found it overwhelming. We had empty property for years. So ture. Unfortunately, it not only takes a lot of money to acquire this one but I'd say an equal amount to restore it properly (structurally sound and free of mold etc). The peeling walls and marks on the floor speak of extensive water damage, usually accompanied by mold and rot :/ But yes, this would be sooo beautiful if somebody had the time and money to restore it to its former glory.
Here's what I was able to find: John Bolding and Sons was originally founded in 1822, and then in 1914 began manufacturing high-class sanitary appliances; complete systems of sanitation, public and private. What an amazing find! I could live there, and not think twice about doing so.
Looks like the people might have lived in the older house first and as the family grew decided to build a new home. Those little attic spaces are very strange.
Such a beautiful property - what a shame it's all being left to rot. The main house wasn't abandoned that long ago because there are solar panels on the roof; the servants' house was abandoned a long time ago. Somebody is definitely keeping an eye on it all, protecting the furniture (no dust flying up from the dust sheets when you took them off) and cutting the lawn, and the Aga looks impeccable. So worth restoring! The wooden things in the mansion hallway are old loo seats - probably Victorian.
As a vertically challenged individual, that broken chair in the kitchen is clearly an improvized stepstool that broke under the weight of a person standing on it to empty to the top shelf of the cupboards!

Adam a fantastic find INDEED !! This has to be one of the best VID and yes INCREDIBLE FIND !!! .. really enjoyed, thank you !! Your New York FAN 👍🙏🇺🇸
What a amazing home would be fantastic to live in with the lovely bay windows would be a great adventure to explore the surrounding area in the garden and uncover all the hidden things you can't see for the trees and the surrounding countryside was a great explore and well worth watching would loved to see it restored to its former stature 🏠🏡🏠
OMG, I loved this house!! I have worked in a lot of big houses, and I can imagine what it was like back in the day. It's so sad to see it like this.
Excellent explore Adam! Love the decay and equally trying to imagine what it would be like all done up.
So sad that such beautiful houses are left to go to ruin. It happens everywhere. Where are the family descendants I wonder? You do a wonderful job Mark to show us places we didn’t know exist.
Whoever last lived in it… cleaned it well before leaving & was thoughtful of rolling carpet😊
i think this place is my favorite one you have done.
i would love to live there.
i can see myself in that
kitchen.thank you Adam.
I'm excited to watch this amazing episode it's going to be a great one it sad the owners leave their stuff and the house is left back to nature 😢👍👏
Yes! That NEVER happens in Florida! Nothing left behind all stollen….
What a beautiful location and building. It deserves to be sympathetically restored. I can see this being a beautiful small hotel and spa retreat. Ideal for weddings and luxury breaks.
Beautiful place. I like to imagine what it looked like when it was new.
Incredible find Adam
The fact that some of the furniture was covered for protection perhaps meant someone intended to move in again.Very sad to see this place abandoned.Strange the way the electric still on
Thanks Adam for showing me.
What a shame those kind of houses are abandoned. Wonderful exploration as usual! You are not afraid to venture anywhere which is so cool! 🥰
It is such a beautiful home. It's sad to see it crumble into decay when its halls were once filled with laughter and voices.
Wow what a beautiful place, so sad to see it left like this. Great explore Adam ❤.
What a gorgeous home! The architectural details are beautiful! Even the stone outbuilding for the outside the house servants is beautiful. Thank you!
I keep meaning to comment on the new intro. It is great Adam. And this exploration is amazing. Oh, how I wish we could see the original owners living there. I feel like the main house probably looked more like the facade on the outbuildings with the natural stone and exposed wood. Possibly the main house had an exterior plaster added over the many many years. So cool!
I love the intro too.
I'd live in it as it is. Give it a good clean and move in.
I kept thinking that all I would need is a shop vac and a Weedwhacker😂 It’s such a beautiful house
@@jenpink4298 Yep. 🙂
@@Mike-h1q9j I’d offer to go halvsies with you but I don’t have $3 million for my half 😥
@@jenpink4298 Me either. Oh well. Maybe someone will save it.
Magnificent house, awesome find Mark!!
Glad you enjoyed it
A Beautifull old mansion, with lovely carvings along the walls. A great pity to leave such a lovely mansion to ruin. Love to see such a beautifull mansion.❤❤❤
Wow Adam that was a beautiful house many rooms amazing. Thank you for showing us this. Bring on the next one!
More to come!
@@AdamMarkplease an update on some info on this .. not just leave us hanging
Adam it’s two years since you filmed this do a before n after video …
The more I watch, the more it screams homebto me... with all of it and the furniture restored back to original.. Dreams!
What an amazing place, would have been stunning.
The four buildings looks like the carriage house, and where the driver and groom and family lived which later was a car probably.
What a beautiful house. I hope its lived in again one day. The grass outside is definitely looked after. I wonder what its story is.
Good question! I think maybe a farmer let's his sheep graze here
I have no other words other than, WOW WOW WOW.....If I had the money 😢😂❤
Thanks for another great explore Adam! You definitely weren't alone in the mansion 😊❤
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank for watching
One of the nicest place’s you’ve explored Adam. It would have been absolutely amazing in its day, a hive of activity given all those rooms and the sheer size of the place…if only one could go back in time and take a tour through. Great job 👍
One of your most interesting and intriguing 👍
Excellent find Adam....it gave me goose bumps....😱
Oh my gosh, that is so beautiful! I can’t believe it’s just empty.
It would probably cost a fortune to tear it down and remove the debris. Someone is letting it sit there. They probably return so hobos don’t squat
@@Jennifer-y1f yeah, someone’s clearly cutting the grass. I wish I had the 6 million to buy it and then probably another 50 million to restore it. And put in a small elevator to get me to my beautiful third-floor bedroom 😂
