I was afraid to break the plactic of the tray by pushing it down, so I looked up the video thinking it maybe had to do with the ABS button, definetely should have been included on the instructions!!!

I've been struggling with this machine for over 20 minutes. I'd never have figured out that I needed to flip down the back. You're right...they SHOULD include that step in the instructions!!

Thanks! I brought this from a yard sale full of returns from Walmart. The attached return receipt stated that it was damaged which I didn't notice until I got home. I was just about to trash it thinking that it didn't work but then decided to come to RUclips for some troubleshooting tips. Thankfully, I did so because I found that all I needed to do was push the tray down and it worked like a charm!

Thank you for all of your information. It really helps. I will say it now, even though I do not have a machine, I now know what to do with the tray. I've seen 2 other videos before you and neither one mentioned about the back tray. With step to step instructions, I expect it to be step by step and no stone unturned! I like they thinking we are Morons.
