Can you please create a video on foods/supplements/lifetsyle interventions that that not only reduce stress & anxiety but specifically target ADD/ADHD to increase focus, reduce scattered thinking & work productivity/flow state?!? I’m caretaking & medically care managing for three members of my household (both parents & grandparent); take a real toll on me but any ways to increase my quality of life so I can better manage my responsibilities & create more balance would be much appreciated. Thanks for all you do!!

Ashwagandha takes usually a couple of weeks. B vitamin therapy can be instant or take time depending on defiency state. It can get worse in beginning because of paradox reaction. Herbal teas help instantly but also dont replace life style changes. Emotional stress is the worst. So managing relationships are crucial. I would add either EFT or havening to this list.
@@albineg I am taking B complex but it seems to not help so far. Never tried Ashwagandha does it have any side effects to watch out for? I also suffer from gut issues & high histamine so I am worried about allergic reactions. I never knew about 'paradox reactions' to B complex! What is EFT? Yes life style needs major revamping from sedentary lifestyle and high stresses owing to bad neighborhood.

I would recommend you checking Out Eonutrition (Elliot Overton) and his videos about thiamine therapy if you want some more info about it. Magnesium is important for example to make the therapy work. Without magnesium B1 doesn't work as it should for example I can't guide you sadly via youtube comments but you can look up "brad Yates eft" on RUclips. Focusing on creating a better environment for yourself Is a good start. Good Luck mate :)

3. Raise Oxygen Levels (walk 45 min/day)
4. Vitamins B1 and B5
5. 4:6 Breathing

7. Quit Snacking!
