I saw a bloke literally get gutted in an English prison. Someone snapped a leg off a plastic chair, knocked him out with a punch and then went to work on his stomach with the pointy end of the broken chair leg, he managed to pull some of his intestine out before the screws got to him. Was gross.

I would like to ask John if he ever stepped in to protect a weaker prisoner, is there a protocol for such a thing, would you yourself then become a target for bullying?
It ain’t that simple. The “Alameda kid” didn’t have a chance. If you want to be removed due to a legit threat to your life, it’s not enough to be beaten near to death. You HAVE to identify your attackers, or you WILL be thrown back into the cage to the same attackers, where you will likely be finished off. Officers know what will go down. They enjoy it.

I grew up in Oakland spent alot of time in Alameda co jail wich is in Dublin ca. Were was the Ice house? never heard of it. Now you could be talking about the Stone house yet the Stone house only had 2 man cells little greystone had dorms but no ice house. Your stories dont ring true Im 65 now and like I said grew up in the places your talking about. I guess your using your creative lic.
